Do not take a package here. I dropped off a package here guy who took it assured me I didn’t need to get any paperwork from him that they would send it. My package was in a prefilled label. This people “lost” my package and because it was a package that I needed to return back to the company that sent it I can’t do much to set a claim in motion because I’m not the original shipper. So since it’s a business package I don’t get paid since they didn’t receive it. Never never use these people! It took days for FedEx customer service to get in touch with them to find out they lost it.

Unless you have someone to drop you off you will have to pay hotel parking. The Fedex is next to the convention center. If you come through the lobby you need to cross all the way back. If you are not staying at the hotel there is an additional surcharge for outgoing packages even if you already have a prepaid Fedex label. My package was 3 lbs and the surcharge was 20 dlls. I took the package elsewhere, i bet the item will be sitting here all day to ship out until the next day.

The lady at the desk was rude. Not helpful at all. She told me that they had no record of my shipment, and I needed to check with someone else. 1 hour later, my 6 ft × 4ft ×4ft skid was in their holdings area. It was in their possession the entire time. Flippant attitude towards the clientele.

Of course I had a last minute print job for a conference at the Gaylord. I stopped in at FedEx Office and was assisted by Brandon. I’m a retired FedEx employee and understand the PSP philosophy. Brandon delivered superbly on the “S” tonight! Thank you Brandon for going above and beyond to get my print job right. Fred would be proud!

This is a hotel location and should be equipped for busy ship in/ship out days. Very dissatisfied with their service during our conference.

I've tried to complete the surveys on my multiple receipts but, the store code is incorrect so its not letting me. :( I just wanted to give props to Caesar at this Fedex in the Gaylord! I was in town for a conference and had to bug Caesar every day I was in town. Couldn't have had a more pleasant person to help me out - from shipping to receiving to picking the right HDMI cable, he was awesome and super helpful!! I deal with shipping companies VERY often and this was by far one of my more pleasant experiences with Fedex, compliments to Caesar!! He's awesome!!

We recently attended a sales meeting and supplier show at the Gaylord Texan. Upon arrival we learned that our trade show crate was miss-shipped and was stranded in a different state. With the kind and quick help of the onsite FedEx Office, we were able to print banners and graphics in record time. Thanks to their proficient team we were able to turn this potential disaster into a total success! Their support even extended to a show floor visit to assist in selecting the best mounting method. I would recommend their service to ANYONE! Dear Staff: Thank you soooo very much for all your help! You were definitely our silver-lining.
