Extremely rude staff that yell at you

Got items stolen. Customer received missing items from their shipment. There was clear sign on tampering with box (tape with different tape). First time ever happens with FedEx and we ship hundreds of boxes. Sticking with Southlake location or UPS. A bummer because I liked this location due to later pickup times .

As I entered into the location I was not greeted by any of the three staff memebers including Cathie Brandon or the other staff member. This had been my second encounter in which Cathie does not choose to help or acknowledge me. As I waited for over 5 mins to be acknowledged Cathie went up to two separate customers and spoke with them but chose not to speak to me. When confronted I was told I didn’t want to bother you but instinctively choose to bother two white customers at the store and asked if they needed anything. After standing for over 5 mins I was finally asked albeit very rudely “did I need something” when asked is this how all customers are treated Store manager Brandon said hey it’s over leave it alone. I do not believe customers should be handled this way nor told how to react to poor customer service.

Ryan was incredibly helpful in getting me the right box to ship my work from home equipment back to my former employer! Great attitude, personality, and work ethic! Highly recommend his location!

I have not had a problem with this location until this week. I had to redo a professional printing job and this was done a day later than I was promised. Then I had to reship the documents and the price for shipping was about double than the initial job (over $300). I asked why and was not given a adequate explanation other than "prices vary." I do not believe this an adequate explanation. I have a ongoing account with them, but I am looking for alternatives.

Needed a passport photo done. Guy working the desk couldn’t even do it. Had a poor attitude, not very helpful. We had to go somewhere else over a simple passport photo. No thanks.

This place is HUGE! They have everything you may need for your shipping or office needs. They even have snacks for sale if you are running errands on your lunch break. Open on Sundays and the service rocks.

Kathie is the BEST! Had a large print job that we needed printed on Super Bowl Sunday. She had it done ahead of planned time. So appreciate her helping us out!

After a bad experience at the Southlake location I came in here nervous but the employees in this store are awesome Madison helped me today and she is so helpful and friendly and the manager on duty seemed really nice. 10/10 If I ever need FedEx service again I’ll drive the long way and come back here!

DON't GO HERE if you are black, walked in to just get a shipping label printed and did not get no help at all. Come here all the time for my clothing business but I will not anymore. I was at the printer needing help when a FedEx older lady asked two older white mam if they needed any help but fail to ask me if I needed any help. I shrugged it off and walked to the front to see if I could get any help and the same lady said she was busy ( which she wasn't just walking around) and when a another white customer walked in she helped him. Horrible place don't go go here especially minorities.
