"World's largest wrap supply company" does not have the ability to take orders from walk-in customers in their locations, nor they have someone to pick up the phones. I came here to buy some wrap material, but I understand what I am trying to do right now is not very much different than going to an Amazon warehouse to buy some stuff. But there's a difference: even Amazon doesn't declare themselves as the largest online retailer in the world or they list their "warehouses" as a "location". It looks like the owners of the company could not find the fine balance between suppressing their ego and presenting themselves to the customers the right way. I lost a very valuable one and a half hours without being able to buy anything. Thanks Fellers!

With over 25 years in this business working in a family business that has been servicing the DFW for more than 30 years. I am extremely pleased with the service I receive here. I often need materials the same day. Running a mobile service I don't have time to wait around. I never have to wait. And when what I need isn't available in stock the customer service call center always helps me get what I need as quickly as possible. Nothing about this company as a whole has ever disappointed me.

Four weeks ago, my husband and I placed an order for 2 books of swatches to be delivered to the store for pickup. After about a week, we called to see if the books were there and only one of them had arrived. We continued to check in with them to see if the 2nd book had arrived and it had not. Since my husband was in the area today, he stopped by the store to ask about the status of the 2nd book and was told that the order had been returned. After we called multiple times, they returned our order without even contacting us. We asked when the 2nd book arrived and they couldn’t tell us. They told him that we had to come into the store to check on the order but they never told us to do that when we were calling multiple times. When my husband explained to the service person that we live over an hour away from the store, he told him that it’s not his fault that we live an hour away. This is one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had. Good products or not, their customer service is severely lacking. Not to mention, their indifference and blatant disregard concerning an experience that they created only makes matters worse.

Great products and great service! Just bring a check... That's all they take here. But it's all good. If you have a credit card, they'll call their credit department and process it for you.
