However, the store does not have a wide variety of products on display, so customers may likely end up shopping with a representative online, especially for commercial options. A significant concern involves delivery. The freight company contracted for delivery has caused issues, such as dropping pallets with damaged or incorrect product and leaving without notification. While Ferguson refunds incorrect items, the premium experience stops upon delivery, leaving customers with additional errands. The company notes it contracts with various third parties for delivery, but these experiences reflect on Ferguson. Overall, for product selection and in-person service, the showroom and staff are highly recommended.

We have spent a lot of time in this Ferguson's working on building our new home. Friendly staff, but in particular, Asia is so knowledgeable about lighting, sinks, faucets...everything! Has been a life saver to us as we have sorted through dozens and dozens of design choices.

While the staff are helpful, the store doesn't have a wide variety of products so you will likely end up shopping with an representative online. The display fixtures are geared towards residential areas. For commercial options, it's better to go online.
