I noticed maybe 2-3 employees max helping out with customers, while the rest were just standing around the cash register and talking (which is the reason i’m not giving 5 stars). However, there was a nice worker who had just got done helping a customer and as soon as she saw me with a shoe she walked towards me. I’m not 100% sure what her name was, but I believe it was London. I think she was new and seemed a bit nervous, but she did an amazing job! I asked about the sizes they had available, and she was super helpful. She brought out shoes for me, even staying near me in case I needed a different size. Those other workers could learn a thing or two from her kindness.

The young man that was helping us was helpful, impatient but there was one lady, didn’t get to catch her name but as soon as I walked in the store, all she did was circle around us While we were trying on shoes. Looked me up and down, and my children with an unpleasant face felt pressured uncomfortable, and felt like it was racism towards me and my family. When my father picked up a shoe, she would look at us like we couldn’t afford it or steal .. The young man, I was helping us brought plenty of shoes out last pair. We need to try it on. She met a young man halfway and made a comment “ Taking all these shoes out and they can’t even buy one pair” I spoke up about the situation with a young man that was helping us I told him “ I’m sorry I didn’t know you guys closed in a few minutes, but we will definitely be buying some shoes. Don’t worry.” The young man being respectful And having good manners, responded to me and said “ Oh, don’t worry about it I want you guys to be 100% sure about what you’re buying and I’m here for how many shoes you want to try on” I proceeded to ask the young man if she was a manager he was responded “no, she’s is a sales person just like me “ I proceeded To ask for the manager, as I felt very discriminated by the lady.. The manager was the one who cashed us out And I proceeded to tell him the issue I was not satisfied at all with the customer service I didn’t get to catch the ladies name . I will be returning the shoes Then I got for my father for his birthday.. And getting it elsewhere I couldn’t give you zero stars cause it wasn’t an option, But if it was an option would definitely be it

Horrible customer service. You have to look for someone to help you. Once you do, they hand you the shoe and walk away. When that shoe doesn’t fit you have to go hunt someone down again. Meanwhile the whole time the employees are just standing or walking around, they will walk right past you even with a shoe in hand. No greetings, no how can I help you. 2nd time I have this experience and the store was practically empty.

Drove all the way out here and walked a mile around the mall to find this place. Everyone swore they were still here. They arent! Update google maps idiots!

Everytime I go here for a shoe and i mean everytime. I give them the shoe size I want and I get no response from 20 min or a update. Like a hey we don't have those shoes would be great to know. SERVICE IS JUST A BUNCH OF NON WORKERS STANDING AROUND AND TALKINY TO EACH OTHER

I had the pleasure of being helped by Jaz this evening. She immediately greeted my son and I and made sure he got the size he needed. Her attentiveness had us in and out which was great for me. We’ll be returning in the future.

At approximately 7:20 PM of today 01/23/2024, me and my husband went shopping for some shoes at this finish line in Grapevine Mall. Upon checkout, the sales associate, the African American woman with an afro, cashier number 03888358 to be exact presented us with the most unnecessary attitude for means that we could not comprehend. This woman was showing a fake smile and giggle when asking us to leave her a 4. While in the middle of the transaction she was being pushy for us to hurry up which again made no sense because there was no line. We were trying to understand more about the survey she asked us if we'd choose to complete then processed to have a flirtatious comment to the young male associate. This was completely unethical and unprofessional due to the fact that we were standing right there. I don't understand as to why work in an environment doing customer service and provide terrible representation on how a customer should be treated. We will not be shopping with this line anymore yet alone feel comfortable attending this mall.I expect further action to be proceeded with and for this matter not to be taken lightly.If you would like to be disrespected this is the perfect shoe store to attend. It is beyond upsetting knowing this is how my day would end.

If this had 0 stars I would click it!! Horrible experience exchanging shoes. Train your employees properly. If you are looking for shoes AVOID this place!! I will NEVER buy shoes from this place again. Buyers I am warning you. Unorganized and unprofessional store!

Today I witnessed the most ridiculous scam done, I saw some tennis shoes for $45, I asked for my size then I went to the payment line, it was long when I went to pay they were charging me $60 but they had a price of $45, well while I was in line They changed the prices and I couldn't really do anything. Is this necessary for $15, do they really want to steal $15 from the public? I will never return to this store ever again.

Had a terrible experience in this store. This store needs everyone to be re trained on how to be respectful. A rude women came up to me being all disrespectful. If I was you, I’ll be taking my own money to some other shoe store who respects anyone like footlocker. Champs and showplace .

I wanted to put zero stars because I came to the store and I was trying on the shoe and I coworker wearing a pink shirt told me to take off the shoe and she was yelling at me and racing her voices at me . She was so rude.
