Completely overcharged!!!! You were trusted to simply plug a tire; whoever it was that serviced her did a lot of unnecessary work and charged her for it. She mentioned they tried to sway her to get stuff she didn't come there for; This is a known practice for some mechanic shops to do, to take advantage of women. A plug should've taken no more than 10 minutes, not 45, especially with a decent amount of workers available.... I've been on hold for over 10 minutes to speak to a Manager; this is ridiculous. The phone rings, someone will pick up and then keep putting me on hold. Just please do the service asked of you; no one should feel as though representatives or employees are badgering people into add on items and services....

Worse place to go EVER! I had an appointment for 11am just to get there for the shop to be empty and still not get serviced on time. They didn’t even have my tires in stock so they made me leave & wait a hour to get them to the shop . Then once I did return to have the tires serviced I waited another hour just to be told they stripped my lug nuts taking them off now they’re “trying to find more from another store” that’ll fit my car which took another 45 minutes to even get. They are HORRIBLE with communicating what’s going on as it happens. & to make things worse they didn’t even tighten all of my lug nuts after servicing them I had to take it to another tire shop to get it fixed. So I would NOT RECOMMEND going here especially if you’re in a rush or don’t have time to sit all day!

We stopped at the Grapevine location after getting a flat tire on our way into town. Joe was very kind on the phone and was ready for us when we arrived. He had my Firestone account pulled up and ensured us he had the tire size we needed in stock. He prioritized getting the new tire on for us and had us in and out in about a half hour. The cost was very reasonable and we appreciated the tire guarantee. Joe’s kindness and the quick work allowed us to get back to enjoying our weekend away in Dallas. Could not recommend him and the Grapevine location enough!

The Technician explained with full detail all that was going to be done, also gave a very accurate time it would take. The customer service was excellent and he answered all the question ask with no hesitation. I will highly recommend this location in Grapevine and this Firestone Complete Auto Care.

They swapped my car battery out with a bad one and tried to get me to buy a new one and charge me for it. They take so long and the man on the register was condescending seemed like their only goal was to upsale and just greedy. Will never go back. I went in needing an oil change and wheel alignment and came out with extra problems that my car never had. DO NOT GO HERE!! THEY WILL TRY TO CON YOU!

Danny the manager went above and beyond for me! He kept me posted on tires I ordered, promptly called me back to schedule my appointment and got me back on the road in record time! He’s an asset to the company and I’m glad he’s back!

Horrible store you guys have on 1201 William D Tate Ave Grapevine, TX 76051 United States. I came in for some air on tires. Guy told me pull out to front waited 10 min in the front went to the back to see if anyone was willing and closed the garage at my face. Waited 20 min for some air on tires. Ridiculous. Reported to the FBB

Joseph the mechanic I use is very knowledgeable. Long time customer here, 25 years. Have used for all my vehicles, new and old. Great source of tires as well.
