So we were in the grapevine Walmart and the bank associates were advertising asking about open up a bank account. Well we said no and my husband said he already banked with that bank he did not like It. And the banker the lady told him well you need to manage your money better. I know for sure you're not teaching them. That's the way the gain business. Now for sure you loss us as a customer.

Due to the poor customer service unfortunately, I had to close my business account after nearly 10 years. They left one penny! one single cent in the account, rather than closing it after I had requested it, be closed. Three months later I get a letter in the mail that says I owe them $73 lol, because of the late fees, and interest due on the one penny that they left in the account. Not only is this terrible business practice it should be illegal.

I had been banking with this institution for over eight years with no issues until last Friday when they put holds on my payroll checks for 10 business days! Someone at their customer service center said that it is a new policy when mobile deposit is used and yet another told me that they had just never had a check from that bank before! I have autopay set up and because of their ineptitude my account is overdrawn and all they can say is that I will have to pay their overdraft fees!! Stay away from this bank!!

Great location! Better than others I've been too when I am not close by. Never had an issue, workers are friendly and always willing to help. I've been hit with the monthly fees occasionally but that's on me, just like any other bank, have the minimum required or use your card at least 5-8 times a month I believe and its waived. Only thing I really wish they would upgrade is their ATMS for depositing, make it to where its available right away not until they open and they check the deposit box and enter it in manually, kind of out dated don't you think?? And another thing, allow people to deposit for you, not withdraw but just deposit. Chase, bank of America, Compass, they all allow that.

If you have an account with First Convenience Bank like at Walmart in Grapevine, if you have common sense you will close your account with them. You have to stay on the phone for an hour to get it someone. They closed my account without my permission or letting me know when I have never overdrafted or cause myself any fees. So when I was ready to close my other account they charged me a crapload of money. They never gave me the courtesy to say my free account was going to be closed unless I kept a certain balance, like at least $5 in there. They cash my checks all the time with no problem. So if you expect good service go to a credit union usually they are free and they have better incentives, and they have a brain, common sense and good customer service!

I live in Arlington and I will drive to Grapevine to do my business because the staff and the Grapevine location is very friendly and detail-oriented I never have had an issue and I will always Bank there.

I have opened up accounts with more than 10 different banks in the past 25yrs. Kayla is hands down the best I've ever dealt with! She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and made opening up an acct fun!

My experience with the bank has been nothing but positive the kind hearted people there are alway ready to help me with anything I need. I almost feel like they are personal friends, though I have never seen them outside of the bank. So a huge thank you to the best banking crew I've ever experienced!
