After writing this review the vice president of first financial called me and got me everything I needed. Vice president was helpful and prompt. She changed my rating from a 1-3.
Original review:
Absolutely horrible service. Employees are unhelpful and incompetent. I regret ever putting a cent in first financial bank. Will be closing my account and moving to a different bank. Horrible experience. I hope no else has to experience this.
