Most unhappy, confused staff I have ever seen. Tall dude kept complaining about an understaffed store with 3 employees and 4 customers just looking. 1 asian lady jept running back and forth looking for everything and 1 lost and confused cashier. Not buying here again.

Came here to purchase Hoka shoes and ended up with 2 pair.

I was the first and only customer to enter 15 minutes after they opened.
It took a few minutes for sales team to notice I had entered the store. Once they acknowledged me, my experience was much better.

Bad customer service from the crew. They sold us a bad/damaged shoes for my 8yr old son, and after wearing for a day, the lace splits apart. When I asked for an exchange, he was telling me, I should have bought extra lace, or sell this in facebook marketplace. Never ever will go to Footlocker.

Poor rating due to bad customer service. I visited the store early this morning 8/8/2024 around 10:45AM. My son and I were the only customers in the store, stopping by for an online order pick-up. Three associates (two black males and one young hispanic female), all were behind the counter, fussing with each other about her getting their breakfast order wrong. Not one member said good morning or how we may assist you, until I expressed an upset look on my face. A simple good morning or how may we assist you would’ve been appreciated.

Although footlocker doesn’t carry the shoes that I wear on my messed up feet. I still love this store for the shoes I buy for my kids. This particular footlocker in Grapevine Mills mall may be the cleanest and most well organized, well stocked footlocker that I’ve ever been into. They were quick to honor my military discount. We even had a few laughs. I definitely recommend this foot locker.
