They were cheap so i tried the car rental agency for the first time. I was disappointed. I initially booked for one day but then requested to extend, so i called the agency and extended my rental for a few hours. After i returned the car i was disappointed that they charged me several extra fees. They charged me more than was agreed upon for the rental extension. They also charged me extra for returning my car late even though i had a separate bill for extending my rental in order to return it at that time and they charged me for low fuel. Even though i returned the gas higher then i received it. When i called to correct these issues they refunded me the late fee and low fuel fee and claimed it was 'courtesy' but they didn't refund the difference in the extended rental fee.I don't recommend them but if you do rent from them, double check everything. They assumed my tank was full so they didn't mark the fuel tank level on the initial paper work. So i had to return to the office to tell the agent that my tank was NOT full in order for the proper level to be marked. I returned the tank higher than the paper work required and they still charged me for low fuel.

I recently worked with Fox Rental in Grapevine - Chelsea, Zach and Hayden. All three were extremely helpful and efficient in helping me choose and price the tables, chairs and linens we needed for a baby shower. Their delivery personnel were friendly, and prompt and the equipment was in top notch condition. I would definitely use them again and recommend them with 5 stars. Thank you for making this so easy.

Not very well coordinated. Called on Saturday to rent a forklift. They said they had one if I brought my own trailer. Brought my trailer and discovered they didn't have one to rent after all....but would reserve one for me for Thursday. Called Thursday morning just to make sure before hauling my trailer there again. Surprise, no forklift!!

I was in a bind when I received freight for our restaurant we are building in Grapevine. They really helped me in a pinch, quickly, efficiently and very reasonably priced. Josh the delivery driver was very helpful as well! Thanks guys. Will be using you more for upcoming needs on this project.

Recently I rented 150 foot of 2" hose and had to purchase the nozzle for the 2" hose since they don't rent the nozzles. I would soon find out why.As far as the rental service went, it was good. They even went to the trouble of getting additional hose to meet our order. And everyone was professional and polite. But not willing to listen to my concerns about the quality of the item I purchased.The nozzle was made of high impact plastic and sold for $70.00. After one use and being dropped on asphalt one time it cracked around the threaded end. Now it's useless. I get it, don't drop the nozzle. But now I'm seeing many complaints online about this brand of nozzle and realize it's probably a poor design or poor materials because I don't think a high use item such as a 2" hose nozzle should be this fragile.My point is, Fox Rentals should know this and I suspect they do since they would not rent or warranty the nozzle. Moral of my story is, don't buy anything from Fox, they don't offer warranties.

Best place for rentals! They have a wide variety and decent pricing. They truly care about their customers and treat them well. That’s the key to having returning customers. Hard to find nowadays!!

I had the pleasure of working with Fox Rentals for my work's charity event. Patrick went above and beyond - we were repeatedly adding items to our quote, asking for suggestions, and he was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Fox Rental for anyone needing party/event equipment. Customer service was great, pricing was great; I can't say enough good things about this company!

Pricing was great, but they really screwed my wedding planner with the chairs. I called to pay over the phone, only to find out the week of the wedding they never charged my card, putting my rentals in jeopardy. Also the speaker we ordered looked like a auditorium podium from 90s high school assembles and we had to ask everyone at my wedding to turn off their Bluetooth so the wedding officiant wouldn't be intterupted. HoW EMBARASSING. i was looking forward to working with them as my wedding venue suggested them. All in all, pricing was good. I'd recommend them with the caution of ask a LOT of questions.
