I called in to inquire about a lexus rx 500 f sport, white with a red interior on 9/9/24. A man by the name of Kris, a salesman answered the phone and he tells me this vehicle is still available. He proceeds to send me photos and videos of the car. Everything looks great and I put in an offer for the vehicle. We agree to a price and I asked him to send me the finance sheet with the breakdown of all the fees, taxes etc. The next day i give him a call he didn’t answer. I called the main dealership number and Kris answers and says “oh i was just about to call you, i was sitting with another customer.” Right… something seemed off but i still proceeded to try to close the deal. I wanted to get in touch with their finance department and he asked me send a picture of my ID at 3 pm that afternoon on 9/10/24. Guess what? I never heard back until today 9/11/24 at 5:30pm as he states the car is sold and that he didn’t want to leave me in the dark about it. I rarely ever write reviews, but i did this to show how a dealership salesman lacks accountability and responsibility and most importantly integrity. I also want to say that I was inquiring about this vehicle from NY. This makes the situation even worse because the dealership has no consideration for a customer that is thousands of miles away who was serious to make a deal. This vehicle wasn’t meant to be, but most importantly i am glad i didn't do business with a dealership that lacks integrity and proper communication.

Todd was very helpful and honored the price online even when I was informed it was an error. Would absolutely use him to purchase another vehicle in the future.

Made service appointment for same issue for second time (engine pulley failure- makes car sound very loud). This is a brand new Yukon Denali less than 1 yr old with 9000 miles. Was told at first appointment that I would be without car for 1 week due to technician schedule (why make an advance appointment). Made second appointment for same issue. Service department kept car overnight and stated next morning that part can’t be replaced until fully failed. There was acknowledgement that part was failing however I am very skeptical that car was actually looked at. Service appointment also for failing windshield wiper motor. Told by Service department that they didn’t even check this out. This dealership is terrible. Buy your car from someone else as this service department has been nothing but a total nightmare to deal with. All my friends have rave review on both Classic and Sewell. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

I found a truck online that I really liked so decided to go look at it. To my surprise, it was an unadvertised sale truck, which made it even more exciting!! After looking at it and driving it, made the decision to buy. That process was no pressure, no stress and they made that process very easy. Would have liked to have gotten a little more money for my trade in truck, since it was low miles and very well taken care of and maintained. But I understand, I used to work in the car business. At the end of the night, I walked away with the truck I wanted at a price I could afford and live with!

Our purchase experience was outstanding. The salesperson was very accommodating, showing us any vehicle we were interested in without pushing any particular model. Overall, buying our first Buick was a truly pleasant experience.

It was a very pleasant experience with our friendly and informative salesman, Rick Murray. He explained everything before I signed the papers and his class of how to drive a Yukon 101 was very thorough. My Yukon was in a cool airconditioned area for the class that he walked me through all the details of the workings of my Yukon. I am very satisfied with the handling and smoothness of the ride. It didn't take me long to get used to the push button start and the drive, reverse, park, etc buttons. And I love the cooling seats feature, much cooler than my expedition. Seats are more comfortable too. Thank you Rick for a pleasant buying experience!

Christi was AMAZING! She walked me thru the entire process and made sure I was taken care of! This was my first ever car buying experience and she literally made it so easy and FUN! 5 star service, 10/10 would recommend her to EVERYONE!
Glen in finance was also super helpful, he wasn’t pushy and he made sure I had all the information I needed before finalizing the deal! So nice, so easy, and very friendly!

Looking for gmc terrain slt but one listed was in for repairs. Dwayne was kind and took us on as customers even though he was not in new. Once decided on the sle we were told 1750$ was either rebate or .9 financing however only the cash allowance stated for financing. So they kept giving us paperwork to sign without any final pricing we finally said we are no longer signing any other paperwork then the finance manager the tattooed guy says it says it for other offers…exactly my point. Financing was clearly stated in footnotes for 250 cash allowance not the other discounts. So we were done and mgr decided to get loud and follow us out telling us he read perfect English. Won’t ever come back here again. If you like bait and switch then this is the place for you

Tried to buy a vehicle at the advertised price, but after waiting for Finance and the being told to come back (dealership is ready for you) arrive and they're not ready, after waiting another 45 minutes they stated still not ready. Left this dealership, they can't get out of there own way.
