This is for the young guy with glasses working on the register. When a customer walks up to you and greets you, you do not lift up your shirt to scratch your stomach and scratch your head. When you work in retail, learn how to talk to people instead of making faces when helping them out at the register.

I shopped there yesterday, 3 employees behind the check out counter, all were speaking Arabic to each other in front of customers. That is unprofessional.

This store has unprofessional cashiers and managers. I visited to return a gifted item, but the cashier said they couldn’t process the return without an order number or phone number. I requested store credit, but the manager also said they couldn’t process the return. I explained that just last week, I had made the same return at another Gap Factory store and received store credit, but they kept insisting it wasn’t possible. I ended up going to another store, where they processed the return and gave me store credit without any issues.

I went today (09/18/2024) to pick up my order, and the behavior of the elderly lady I found out her name is Judith, there was unbelievable. I showed my order number from Gap and clearly explained what it was, but she was the most stubborn person I’ve ever encountered, and more than that, she seemed racist. I will never return to this place.

"Lost my business"!
I wanted to buy the last top on the mannequin up front and the associate told me no! He said he had to send pictures in to "visual" for corporate. I had $300+of merchandise to buy but put it all back because I was REFUSED a top . Shame on you GAP...need to get you training practices together! Customers and Sales are the reason you are here...Right???

They cancelled my mobile pickup order and claimed that all of the items in my order were out of stock. I came to the store and found them all in less than 2 minutes. Do not place a mobile pick up order here.
