So much confusion and miscommunication with scheduling. I went to the grapevine store and bought a TV, wall mount, and sound bar. All were in stock because I wanted fast install.They said they could install THAT day, so I disconnected old tv and removed it. Geek Squad no showed, no phone call, no email. I had to call the next day. Soonest they could get there was 6 days later. Wall mount didn’t work. Had to order another one. Again, confusion and miscommunication about scheduling. Now I have 3 different appointments. Job finally got done 20 days after I first purchased items. Great, but I got an email today saying I have an install appointment for tomorrow. Both service men were very kind and helpful, but scheduling is a nightmare. It’s too late to cancel online and I’m not wasting any more time calling.

I wanted to install a Kenwood KSC-PSW8 powered subwoofer on my 2017 Volkswagen Jetta on July 24th, 2021. When I went there, the guy kept on saying from the beginning that powered subwoofers are no good and typically all customers are dissatisfied at the end of installation. Instead of doing his job properly, he kept on trying to sell me the 12" subwoofer on my car which I never needed as my car already had some bass. When he was done, he showed me and even I noticed that there was no additional bass at all. He told me that it's not powerful enough. I was disappointed and felt it was a product flaw. After a few days, I was almost ready to replace my unit and then I noticed that there was no sound coming from the subwoofer at all! He installed it incorrectly. I was unplugging the cables and right after I unplugged the red cable, there was bass! He didn't even check whether my unit is actually powered while installing it. I bet he always had incorrectly installed powered subwoofers. I can see the difference now! The powered subwoofer is more than enough to satisfy me. I don't recommend them at all.

Team was flexible in getting me fit into their busy schedule. In addition, after diagnosis, they found out the problem to software, not hardware, and will be saving me $50. The effort these guys put into customer service and making sure you are covered is worth the drive to see them.

After years of being taken advantage of by off shore foreign companies I finally feel protected and well informed by these "geeks" in my own back yard!! So very grateful that this grandma wants to cook for thoseyoung guns whenever they can take a break !!

The Geek Squad is respectful, efficient and knowledgeable. I gave them my computer tower with suspected malware/viruses on it and they gave it a clean bill-of-health a day and a half later. Can't beat that peace of mind!
