As a holiday decor fan, I found this place to be stunning ?
The store is medium-sized with a large portion dedicated to halloween and Christmas villages. Their staging is amazing and truly inspiring. If you are in the area and enjoy holiday decor, this is a MUST visit.

Love the Christmas stuff in the back of the store. I am certain someone will purchase all of the Christmas Vacation stuff when the right person comes in and sees it.

What a magical place! We walked past it over the weekend and it was like peeking into the North Pole. If you want to hype yourself up for Christmas and get cute ornaments, trees, models of houses for your display and many more, you must come here.

I HATE being forced to install an app simply to view a store I am interested in. I am traveling from out of town. If you can contact this retail establishment and in form them they are losing business by simply not allowing to preview pictures.

I will never shop here again! My family took some friends from out of town here today and one of the sales associates told my son who was quietly playing a game on my phone while I shopped that if he wanted to sit down, he could go outside where the benches were because he was blocking people from shopping, no one was trying to look at the area he was standing in. Our friends heard her and put back everything they were going to buy. So disappointed in the lack of customer service here.

Today, my 6 year old daughter picked some clearance items. At the register, the old lady proceeded to rip off every clearance tag, accused my wife of switching the tags, and still had the huevos to offer the items at full price. We are not thieves and do not take those allegations lightly. My family frequents Grapevine, as we live nearby. I will NEVER spend another cent in this store. I will also recommend everyone else to do the same. I've never had a friendly experience at this store and wonder how it is still in business.

I'm sure most of the time, I would have given the store a better rating, but since this was my only time in the store, it is what it is.My 6 year old daughter accidentally broke an ornament. She instantly felt horrible, and while I was cleaning the broken glass up, she was crying (without anyone having to say anything to her) as she held onto her mommy. No biggie, accidents happen. I took the tag off as I handed all of the broken glass to the employee who just stood there as I cleaned it up. Once again, no biggie, it was my kiddo that broke it, but not once did they offer to get a broom or anything. I used my hands to pick it up. Then, when we went to the counter so I could pay for it, the older lady employee began to shame my daughter for breaking the ornament. She began by asking if she was "the one" then gave her a very disappointing look and began to talk down to her about not breaking things etc This is when my wife stepped in and said that she did it by accident, apologized and we were paying for it. The older lady then looked at my wife and I and then back at our daughter like she shouldn't have been in the store. I was irritated that while this little girl had made a mistake, we were paying for it as well as already cleaned the mess up. Then, this older lady adds on some extra shame to go with it. There's nothing like spreading the Christmas cheer for all to hear, huh. To top it off, the older lady asked if we still wanted the ornament. Her coworker had to step in and say "umm it is pretty broken." I said, "Yeah, no thanks, it's in 50 pieces." She said, "Oh well, sometimes people still want it," and laughed. Just a little southern hospitality or basic human decency towards an upset little girl who had made a mistake would have been nice. Only had to pay half price so I guess that was nice...

Greatest selection of all seasons decorations! Very helpful and knowledgeable people! Highest quality as well. I now have the entire collection of National Lampoon Christmas!!! Love it!

Small but amazingly packed store with displays in the back. The Halloween villages had tons of details. Kids will enjoy checking those out.
