My Honda CRV had some maintenance indicators turn on last week. Integrity 1st was able was able complete all the needed checks and maintenance items and have my vehicle back to me by the end of the day. Thanks Toby and crew.

I was in a rush to get some minor exterior issues fixed on my car this morning, called around and couldn’t find much help. I Called here and was told to come on down! They fixed it up in less than 30 minutes and at no cost since it was so small. Thank you Toby and the crew! Y’all made my day. Will be returning here

I can’t say enough amazing things about Integrity! I was about 5 minutes from work when my car started acting weird while shifting. I did my best to get off the road and find a place that could flush my transmission (it had been a while). I live 45 minutes away and wasn’t familiar with the area, so I literally googled this place while sitting at a red light!
I arrived about an hour before closing, and they still agreed to change my transmission fluid while I waited. They could have easily turned me away or asked me to come back another day, but they didn’t. Their customer service was truly appreciated! The price was perfect, and while I was waiting, another customer mentioned he had driven an hour just to bring his car to Integrity because of a referral. I can see why!
These guys are awesome! I’ll definitely be a repeat customer. I almost didn’t want to leave a review—don’t want the secret to get out!

My first time using Integrity 1st after they took over from Grapevine Auto. There was an unexpected problem left from resent prior work that was no fault of theirs. Not only did Integrity 1st fix it promptly and correctly but very good price I was very impressed with the courteous service and handling of the situation above and beyond. It is very important for me to have a car service company that I trust and doesn’t beat you with overlap pricing. It looks as though Integrity 1st is off to a good start I highly recommend you give them a try.

This company is a scam. They asked for $220 for a diagnostic which i agreed to. However they were not able to perform the diagnostic and insisted I pay anyway. I literally have a two page document with the bill on front and the diagnostic page is blank. Worse the manager became completely unhinged when I challenged it. He said well if you went to a restaurant they would charge you for service and I said certainly, after they prepared / served my food and I ate it. Something terribly wrong there. Do not trust them. Complete scam. Try Christian brothers instead. UPDATE. The owners response is completely fabricated. They told me they could not perform the diagnostic because the controller was wet. I offered to pay him $100 for labor, which was 4X the amount of the actual labor, and bring back the car on Monday when it was dry and they could diagnose it. He insisted I pay the full diagnostic fee for no diagnostic and I said he didn't believe that I would return! That's when he became unhinged and gave the bizarre restaurant analogy which actually made my point. I took the car to Christian Brother in N Dallas instead and as expected they were 100% above board and fixed it the same day. I was being nice when I used the word Scam, however I do hope the owner can look in the mirror and change his ways. In the meantime, buyer beware.
