This was my first time using this dry cleaning store. I brought in several pieces, some with noticeable stains. The staff member took my clothes with minimal communication and didn’t ask about the stains, so I explained them myself.
When I came back to pick up my clothes, the interaction was again very brief. Before paying, I checked the items and noticed that one piece still had the stain almost completely unchanged. Only after I asked did she casually say she had put a “card” on it and that it “couldn’t be cleaned.” That was the first time this was mentioned—there was no explanation offered unless the customer noticed and asked.
Another item, a French cuff shirt, still had a stain inside the fold. Again, no explanation was given until I pointed it out. She claimed that areas touching the wrist are expected to have stains, which was clearly not the case here. The stain was on the inside of the fold, an area that doesn’t touch skin, and the response felt more like an excuse than an attempt to help or explain options.
What bothered me most was the lack of transparency. Unremoved stain not clearly communicated upfront or at pickup, only after I discover it myself.
To add to that, as I was leaving, another customer walked in and received a very warm, friendly, and enthusiastic greeting, which was noticeably different from my experience. It gave the impression that customer service may depend on familiarity or selectiveness.
Later, I took the same stained item to another dry cleaner, and the stain was removed easily.
Overall,
- some items were cleaned adequately and may be fine for routine wear. However,
- Don’t expect much effort or clear communication.
- Customer service felt inconsistent and selective.
I’m giving 2 stars for basic cleaning on some items, but I won’t be returning.

Way too expensive. They don’t do a bad job but too overpriced. For reference, it was $44 for 3 items to be dry cleaned.

Mom and pop cleaners, I've been to many over the years and none were as friendly and welcoming as Grapevine. Also they do next day at no additional cost. I've never had my stuff cleaned in less than a week anywhere else. This place is amazing.

The staff was friendly and respectful which is why I’m giving them 2 starts instead of 1.
Be very mindful or maybe very specific on how you’d like your clothes handled. I trusted they were professionals and all my whites got color transfer and that’s how they gave them to me, not a word and just found out once unfolding them. Mind you, these are good quality t shirts and they looked crispy white when I turned them in (in a separate bag from the rest of my clothes) and the picture is how I got them back. They look very worn after the wash and they are new pieces. Some are worst than others. I believed the good reviews and took a chance. Beware before you drop off yours.

I am a veteran this Cleaners really truly acknowledges Veterans. Also, the owners are very personable and friendly and always considers the concerns of their clients. The staff is friendly and nice and they do a great job with your cleaning. I will really encourage Veterans and all clients of any sort to support this Cleaners and they will support you!

I dropped off one suit and a silk shirt here. They did a great job taking care of all the garments. I was really impressed especially with the silk shirt. I would recommend them to anyone and will be going back for all my future dry cleaning needs.

Can't say enough good things about this place.
I've been using them for 10+ years. I have to dress professionally for work, so I'm constantly getting pants/shirts/suits cleaned.
Nick runs a great shop and his team is always friendly and helpful. I'm always happy to support this shop.

They are very efficient and accommodating, brought the laundry to my hotel at a small fee, even though they didn't have the mobile service yet. I'll always use them everytime I'm in Irving.
