The service manager Bobby at CDJR in Grapevine did an excellent job of keeping me informed about the status of my vehicle while it was being serviced. Couple of issues were discovered during the inspection and he called me each time to let me know what they found. Everything was covered under the manufacturer warranty which was a relief.
I’m a devoted customer of Ram and this dealership. They always take good care of me!

Purchased a new 2025 Ram Tungsten from you,ll I have had cluster failer and new cluster replaced. Had recalls done for software last week, after 4 days in the shop for recalls, wife picks truck up and drives home. CANNOT BELIEVE THEY LET MY WIFE DRIVE OUT WITH BAD DEFECTIVE TIRE ON THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE. UNACCEPTABLE. WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF YOUR WIFE WAS IN ACCIDENT DUE TO NEGLIGENCE FROM DODGE SIDE. WE REGRET BUYING THIS TRUCK NOW. PROBLEM AFTER PROBLEM

Every time I bring my jeep to this dealership for service they have 2-3 guys out on the drive that must be porters. I typically wait 5-10 min without any service adviser coming out even when I’m the only person on the drive.
Not sure if it’s a management issue or what, but it’s been this way for the past 3-4 years that I have been driving jeep products.
I know it’s a first world problem, but still come on it’s time to step up your game.
