Just had my 2021 F-150 in at Grapevine Ford for a recall. Jode is the service manager who took care of shepherding my truck through what proved to be a more difficult and time consuming fix than had been anticipated. She kept me informed on a daily basis and I greatly appreciate her. The problem is fixed and I’m fully satisfied.

Jackson Harper was awesome! After a frustrating experience at another Ford dealership in Lewisville, Jackson completely turned things around. He was attentive to my concerns, provided fast and transparent service, and kept me informed throughout the process. I’ll definitely be coming back. my truck feels great and the experience was night and day compared to before. Highly recommend!

Sam was amazing. I had to call 15 times to everyone from the reps to the general manager and no one would call me back. I finally went to the dealership to beg for help. I will never buy a Lincoln again. I needed safety things done and the service I received leading up to Sam actually helping me is actually very embarrassing for you company. I have already told everyone about my experience and to never buy a Lincoln of from the grapevine dealership in grapevine. Horrid experience with your service department to get safely issues taken care of.
