The guys in Parts Dept, and the Guys in the Service Dept. are the best!! Took in my newly purchased bike for service, and I couldn't be happier with the work that was done. The guys in Parts Dept. also went the extra mile to install my new headset!!!! Plus all the extra advice was great!!! If you need a motorcycle serviced, or just parts, it is TOTALLY worth the drive!!!! I drove from Plano, to see them, and will continue to drive to Grapevine to them.

I called this Honda Motorcycle Agency, David helped me... excellent service, he helped me over the phone. Upon arriving at the Agency, David also took his time with excellent service but above all, knowledge and professionalism in the matter. I recommend this store to buy parts for your Honda motorcycle...Thank you.

They lie out the a$$. I brought my bike to get repaired and they said it cost more then the bike cost and that they were going to trash it. Couple of months later they offer to pay 100 dollars to trash it. They said it was going to be junkyard trash. Yet they fixed it and are charging more then I originally paid for it by 1000 bucks. They are garbage people and lie and lie and lie

This dealership is awesome. They are very professional and caring. I would recommended them to anyone. I need a key for my Goldwing, they made sure to get it to me and that it worked. Thirty years ago my mother was on a ride, had trouble with her bike. They were just a professional then, they found the problem and got her back on her way ASAP.

I love my experience with Payton and his team. They're professional, transparent and super helpful. I went to several dealers and I hate how they try to force me getting extra service that I dont need at all. With Payton, he made it so easy and smooth for my first motorcycle. Their price is unbeatable too. Highly recommended.

Howdy Folks - I will never waste your time talking about any person or company the is anything short of the very best in class. Chad Mohler and the team at DFW Honda will redefine your expectations of simply the best customer experience period. After losing my leg in 2011 due to a rare aneurysm it was doubtful I would ever ride a bike again. However, while discussing my disappointment with several trusted friends; they encouraged me to explore the option of a trike. Although I appreciated their intentions, I still needed to overcome the challenges associated with shifting the bike. We played around with a lot of options. Ultimately the Honda DTC Motor Trike was the answer. Chad made it happen - he made sure every technical, performance, and fit question was answered. His knowledge of the Honda DTC Trike is overwhelming. It as if he is part of the trike's DNA. Let's talk about the amazing guys in parts. Dave, Bart, and King - Whatever your need these guys will get you the right part the first time with the knowledge along with it. King invested all of the time necessary to make sure I had an excellent-quality helmet and communicator, going the extra mile to guide me through the proper use and operation of both. And seriously, how many shops can you show up at 5:30 (they close @ 6) - Jacob and Jason teamed up to look over the trike, made a few quick adjustments, renewed my inspection and send me on my way the same day. And should you have any doubts about the values of DFW Honda Management - On Chad's wedding day, they closed the dealership early to ensure everyone in the DFW Honda family could enjoy the occasion. Honestly folks, I have never experienced service in every department like this in my lifetime. If you are looking, fixing, or just need to dream in color about anything on two, three, or four wheels - you must experience the people, parts, and passion of DFW Honda. Honda is privileged to have such amazing customer-focused associates as Chad, King, Dave, Bart,Jacob, and Justin along with so many others I have yet to meet.

Charging over double msrp for the bike i wanted. They claim there not price gouging but there are other dealers charging way less

Do not waste your time dealing with this dealership. They charge over MSRP due to current supply and demand circumstances. They also have terrible communication skills. They will have a motorcycle sold and not tell their sales rep, which leads customers like myself to waste the drive and time to meet them in person only to find out there was a miscommunication regarding inventory. They also will tell you to send over two proofs of identification in order to receive an invoice for a bike via email, only to not follow through and leave you in the dust.Maxim Honda in Allen is much better dealership to work with. Learn from my mistake and stick to the higher rated dealerships.

Meh....I am working on an 85 TRX250 4-wheeler. A lot of "no longer available" with a lot totally disinterested demeanor....I coulda saved 25 - 30% on the oil filter and oil if I had just gotten them online with the NLA parts (yes, I know they are not OEM parts)Edited down to 1 Star after 2nd trip for an oil pan drain plug. About as basic as it gets and they sold me one that doesn't fit (12mm, needed 14mm). They wouldn't take the wrong size back and they don't carry the correct one.

Waited 4 hours for simple oil change and system update. Horrible with the wait time. James was nice and helpful but I can’t waste my time

The Staff is Very Friendly and helpful. Prices are high for parts and service but so are other dealers, I prefer shopping there

I did a lot of research on the trike I wanted. I called the schedule an appointment, I live out of state. My salesman was Chad. He was very knowledgeable. I ended up buying one. He handled all of the paperwork and got it shipped to my home. I love it.

I used their internet communication process. Chatted with a person on-line, but she couldn't answer my simple question. She took my phone number and e-mail address and said the internet manager would contact me to answer my question. I was never contacted, so I guess they really don't care about customers or selling bikes.
