My new car has been with their service department going on three weeks with empty promises of when it will be done. They have the part, but have not completed the repairs for some reason. Every time I call to get an update, I'm given a different date. It is extremely frustrating.

The entire buying experience was top notch. Great a great deal on a new Navigator, and it was worth the 5 hour trip to get it. Our Sales Rep Matthew and Finance Rep Greg couldn’t have done a better job, and we love our new car.

This new guy Brendan has terrible customer service skills. I wish Bob was still there he was so kind and caring and when he told you he was going to do something he would. Brendan on the other hand does not and just wastes your time and gives you the run around.

Pretty crazy that when you have a scheduled appointment to do a diagnostic that they have to keep your car for a week after Brendan said he would prioritize my vehicle because I am currently going through cancer treatment and need my car to get to my appointments in dallas and they don't give you a loaner car! Just called to check the status on my car and he stated it would be 5 days before my car would even get looked at so I missed my cancer treatment appointment today when I could've had my car this whole time cuz it's just sitting there in the parking lot!!!!

Tony was an angel. He showed me the vehicle and answered all my questions without being pushy. My schedule made it difficult to go in person for paperwork and they worked with me to do as much remotely as possible. I highly recommend Grapevine Lincoln.

So disappointed in this service department. We had to take our Lincoln to another dealership for repairs that were done incorrectly at this service department. They repaired the problem. I'll never use another Lincoln dealership.
