I went to these guys to see about downsizing my QX80, I made it clear I knew this was not worth their while but was assured that they are in the business of building relationships. After 45 mins of my time, having my car valued I left with the impression I would be sent potential vehicles to fit what I was trying to do. Apparently the relationship building ends when you walk out the door. If it is one thing I do value is customer service and building relationships. These guys failed. If you want to downsize, this may not be the best option, pretty sure they would be like flys if you were buying new, funny how that works.

I enjoy doing Business with Gibbs Infinity. They make me feel special. Since now I’m family, now with my second car from there. And it show the cars I buy, be in the floor room show. Keep giving the special feeling to your customers.

Recently purchased a new Infiniti with this dealership. Initially walked in to view and test drive a vehicle I had found online the night before. Upon parking, I was greeted by Mohammad (Mo) he was very pleasant and showed me to his office where he began looking at the inventory. We test-drove one car, and I loved it but not the color. He found the color I wanted, and we began the negotiation process. Everything happened extremely fast as I only wanted to look at the car initially. However, he provided space for me to contact my financial institution to get approved and start the buying process. The only downside of this transaction was that I waited 40+ minutes for one financing personnel to have me sign three papers that took less than seven minutes and there was another personnel that was available but passed me off to someone else. They also had some trouble locating the wire from my financial intuition which delayed the delivery of the car but all in all, this was a great process that provided some insight about the dealership's operations. If you are looking for a car at this dealership, ask for Mohammad!

Wow! I wish I would have looked at the reviews before purchasing our car here. I would seriously second guess buying an infiniti at this location. Between lack of knowledge of some of the sales people and a service department who is unwilling to search deeper for the problem instead of just wanting to charge the customer a couple thousand dollars replacing tires! There is a traction issue with the back end of the car and causing one tire to burn through the tread and all other 3 tires have less than 30%This is our 5th Infiniti and up until now we have always had excellent customer service. Grubbs Infiniti only cares about the cash flow coming in and not customers safety

The finance department was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and warranties! I got a great deal on my vehicle, and couldn't be happier with my decision to purchase from Grubbs! By far the best experience I've had in car buying.

Marcus Holden is the best. I HATE car shopping because sales men are always so dismissal of me as a black woman or too aggressive in their sales tactics. I walked away from another dealership the day before because of the sales men. And I was ready to pay for a luxury car in cash. Then I came to this dealership. Marcus really made this a pleasant experience and took care of me and my family. I actually look forward to my next purchase.

Luke was great, made the entire experience worthwhile. They tried to take care of us while we had a long wait on backordered parts. We really appreciate following up frequently and doing their best to make us happy while we were waiting. Much better experience than what I had expected.

This dealership defines everything that people hate about dealerships today. Quoted one price on the phone once I got there it was thousands more after hours of negotiating that additional price hike down to 50% I got in the finance office to have them bump me by $7500 with a whole bunch of crap that I didn't want or need or even realize I was buying I can save you a lot of time and tell you that if you go to this dealership or any of their dealerships you will walk out paying significantly more than you need to. Buyer beware.

Trying to buy a used car at Grubbs in Grapevine. Called to see if they could reduce the cost of a vehicle. Which they agreed to knock $1000 off the price. Asked Grubbs to send over the total with tax, title, and license. PDF sent over added $1000 back on the bill. Grubbs added "value prep ... $1000". Decided to drive over to Grubbs and ask what this additional cost was. Talking to a young man on the lot before I enter the building, "Grubbs is a family owned business, if that doesn't work for you we can take it off. Everything is negotiable." Walked in and met with a salesperson. Told the young lady, "I will buy this car right now but not with this "value prep" on it." She asked me to sit in a cubicle and wait for a second sales rep. After a 15 minute wait I thought "I don't appreciate my time being wasted like this. I'm not sitting here to get a hard sell" Got up and left.A cautionary tale when dealing with Grubbs used car department. Don't go in if you have stuff to do that day. They did not value my time. Check your purchase price at the end of the negotiating. Make sure they didn't add stuff you didn't ask for.My direct comment to Grubbs. Don't "squeeze the balloon". You gave me a discount on the car and then squeezed the balloon to inflate the price back to your original price. That's what I call shady. This is a used car. I give you money you give me the title. It's not supposed to be harder then that.Some people just always got to feel like they are getting one up on another person. Grubbs is a perfect example of that.

I needed a trailer hitch installed before a trip in two days (when I called). The service department was able to get me in next day, into a loaner, and out the door with the trailer hitch installed (beautifully by the way!) all in the same day! I really appreciate them going above and beyond. Thank you Grubbs!

I have to say, This was the BEST, overall start to finish, vehicle purchase I have ever experienced! Marcus, stepped up from minute one. My wife and I were undecided, Infinity, BMW, Porsche… Marcus, never feared, we would walk away! His fun, confidant, knowledge of inventory, availability, unmatched! Even when he wasn’t available, he was available. I have to mention, David! In his first week he, stepped in and didn’t miss a beat!Side note, this is my second purchase from Grubbs Infinity. Reception, Sales, Service, Finance… All are at the top of their game!Won’t be my last purchase from this team!

My husband worked with Marcus Holden, and he quickly became part of our family. We ended up buying a Q50 from Marcus, but I made sure there were quite a few restrictions (must have sunroof, no stupid colors, etc.). Marcus worked hard, contacted us when he had a car to see, and did not waste our time. We went there three different times and bought the car on the third visit. I would have no reservations about working with Marcus again. I have a QX50, and when I am ready to upgrade or trade-in, I will definitely call Marcus first! He is funny, fun, personable, met all the requirements, and my husband drove off very happy.

My ratings are on the unethical service at this dealership. You can have a good buying experience but a lasting good experience is one where car that was sold with warranties are duly honored. My car's battery (infiniti branded battery purchased from this dealership for a different make) died yesterday. It was still under the 2 year replacement warranty but dealership refused to honor that. Emmanuel, my sales agent, made false promises just to get his sales numbers up. Highly unethical company and equally unethical staff. So please be wary with your next purchase at this dealership. Don't trust anything they promise even if that's a written one as in my case.More updates - I got the battery replaced by AAA. Can you believe this company installed H7 battery on a car that needs H6?Response to the review response: it's hilarious your front desk number that you gave does not know where to direct my call for the so called resolution.
