The location in Burleson is far above average. Great staff, good products, and great savings. Only complaint is never any of the mini toolboxes... but then that can be said of all the stores. Need more colors for them too. Yellow, orange and green. I'm sure that I'm not the only person that is saying that. Other than that...keep up the good work! Also, not sure why they don't carry awls any more. Don't need a set of them or a punch ... just your standard everyday awl.

In general I really appreciate the customer service here. The staff is friendly and do a great job. I’m a little disappointed with a recent interaction I had with the team regarding a coupon. I received a coupon in my email for 30% off of under $20. I visited the store and attempted to use said coupon and I was told it applied to purchases under $10 and not $20. Obviously there must have been some error here with the coupon, but I did not appreciate that the store would not honor the coupon I received.

aww man how much did they spend time energy effort . all the hype to open a Harbor Freight in Grapevine Texas. look the window up fronts goint to make it all happen . probably need a permet just to have that "One specificStore Front Window" installed . the whole mock store front set up at corporate. the whole shabang.. but the clerk has a prosterior . so lets put 30 grand in extra fanny detection retention nasty window blinds and start painting the window to make it suck in grapevine again when it drives me tramz and yoyr membership calls me by my deadname your responsible
way to bring it down a notch
you did get the permits correct
go try that ish in southlake
good job. who ever ab7sed you into making that decision . your not suposed to have to live like that. if you can refuse service . they can find an appropriate job for themselves
you under stand your suppor the worst part of going trans bc all the extra fomalities of having a backside . if you call me by my dead name in your little phone number account after this your negligent.

Friendly employee helped me in Irving. Online said they had 21mm socket for impact wrench. None actually in stock on the floor or in the back. She said it is a commonly stolen item, so sad, it's only $4.00! God IS watching! When I entered the Grapevine location, employee greeted me as soon as I walked in and helped me purchase.

Do NOT waste money on the Inside Track Club. I have had the membership just over a month and already, on three separate occasions, they have not had an advertised item in stock. They gladly take your money for the Club and then magically never have stock so they don't have to honor the Club discounts. Multiple stores = FRAUD!

Lots of people asking if you need help when you walk in, but then seem to disappear if you have a question later, or when it is time to check out.

I went in to buy a tool chest. When the manager got it outside to load in my truck (and expected me and my bad back to help) as he was putting it my truck, he broke off a piece of my BRAND NEW bed cover. I just got it that morning. I was so angry at how careless he was that I told him “never mind. Take it back in and give me my money back.” As I was looking to see if I could fix what he broke, he said “I can get this down myself” talking about getting it out of my truck. As he drug it off the back of my tailgate, he ripped a huge piece of trim off of my tailgate. I tried to snap it back on, but he broke one of the clips. While he was apologetic, I DON’T CARE! Why didn’t he just wait for me to help him get it down?!? Then, he said he thinks it was just from the weight of the box on the tailgate. That’s ridiculous. It was 100% from him dragging it off the back with no help. When we went back in to fill out a report, he starts asking my marital status, my auto insurance company and my health insurance company. I told him he absolutely does not need my personal info. I didn’t screw up HIS stuff. HE screwed up my stuff. He says I just need to wait for customer service to call me. I will say, he never lost his composure, but again…..I don’t care. I just want my bed cover and my truck fixed.
