I’d give this place 0 stars if I could, solely because of the cashier I dealt with around 1–1:15 PM on 6/4/2025. I came in for a simple online return, smiling and polite, and was met with the rudest white woman alive. I wish I caught her name, but her behavior was unbelievably weird. She looked me dead in the face, rolled her eyes like I’d personally offended her ancestors, and took an aggressive sip of water—ignoring me completely, like I wasn’t even there—all while I was still greeting her. After a few moments of silent attitude, she tossed her phone at me to enter my email. Not handed, not slid—tossed—followed by a condescending, “You can type it in.” I wouldn’t have minded if it weren’t for the energy. It felt like I’d asked her to do my taxes or hand-sew me a custom dress shirt, not return one. She was all smiles with the customer before me. The only visible difference? I was wearing my cultural attire. Draw your own conclusions—but the energy shift was loud.
Bad day? Maybe. Racist? Possibly. Either way, the energy was rancid. Do better

The staff was not at all helpful and lacked basic courtesy, which made my shopping experience disappointing. I was ready to make a $200 purchase, but with that kind of attitude, I decided to cancel and got what I needed from Tanger instead.

Disappointing experience. One of the staff members was extremely rude, repeatedly telling me to put the hangers on the clothes, even after I had already started doing so. It felt unprofessional and unnecessary. Not the kind of service I expected.

Worst experience!! Left an item I bought from another store while shopping at this store. When I went to pick up-the item I left after confirming they had it-they had thrown it away. We were never told by the call center(since you can’t reach the store) that you only have 7 days to pick something up. They tout themselves to pe “earth conscious” but literally threw my brand new shirt in the trash oh & you get charged for a bag-which as a retailer, -they are supposed to provide. Will not shop here again.

Too bad experience. They won’t even respect any customer even though we billed for $200 they didn’t even give me a bag. The lady at the Cash counter is too rude.

H&M is a nice place for shopping, the store is huge and they have a lot and lovely stuff! The women clothes and the kids stuff are awesome, there is so much variety for this Christmas season!

I visited this location twice within the last 10 days. The first experience I spoke with some of the staff and all were pleasant. The 2nd experience was to exchange some of the clothes for a larger size. I spoke with two different employees, and the female was pleasant and understanding. The male was a bit more aggressive during the exchange.
Although I was not able to find a majority of the clothes in a larger size,I was able to return them. Going forward, I will order the clothes offline to avoid the store not having the sizes I'm looking for.
Overall, it is a great location with a vaste collection of clothes. The store is neat and tidy.

Man, anyone who writes a negative review for this place is not only entitled, but needs to visit Forever 21 across the hall. For the sheer volume of customers this place experiences, they should be commended. The place is as clean and as organized as it could possibly be, and the staff are as nice and as friendly as staff under this enormous pressure could be. This place is meant to be like the Fry's Electronics of modern inexpensive fashionwear: get in, get what you need, and get out.

My son and I visited the store and my son asked me to buy a toy while we enter the store and spent barely more than 5 minutes. My son did not make a fuss nor cry. A black customer service lady at Grapevine Mills mall asked us to leave the store and claimed that my kid annoyed other customers. I am not sure whether this customer service lady is an extreme outlier or reflects the culture of H&M in general. Customer service at this store with such a low attitude is beyond pale.

Manager Harry at this location is the worst. He has no respect for customers. I came in for a return. He denied to take a return even when I had a receipt with me. I explained him the sizing is small and never wore the item before as you can tell from the condition. I believe location matters too. I would’ve easily returned my item respectfully if it was galleria. Harry the manager needs to be more efficient dealing with customers. Poor customer service at all times when he is there.
