I returned to the store the next day to try to get help with my return on my shorts that were too small the manager who was a white guy us so rude when you enter the store he never ever ask if you need help or greets you he just follows you around the store and looks at you with disgusted look I’ve bought so many items from this store it’s insane to get treated bad he never came out today to help with my return he didn’t look it up. Y credit card which the 1866 # ppl said he could of did but he refused to help me the second day he called security on me it was so embarrassing that the security guard ran up on me rude and told me to leave it said what’s the prob the workers were laughing at me crazy as heck that these ppl are allowed to do ppl like this very discriminating to me over a return that a manager refused to help me with so I walk to the mall office the security guard walks up on me again rude listen to my whole conversation with the mall ppl and of course they couldn’t do anything so I left and the sec guard followed me again around the mall looking for me that was the worse worst ever experience I’ve had in that store they never treat me nice when I go in there so I’d tell anyone of a diff race watch out in this particular store it’s been going around that it’s a very segregated store

Went in tonight to do a refund the manager was so unkind to me treated me like I stole the item o was trying to do a exchange omg I couldn't find the receipt but I shop there 1-3 times a week spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars here I'll bet the bald head manager was laugh at me he watch me like I was trying to steal something I am so mad 😡 but the proof of purchase is on my cash app card I'm in shock I just want a diff size in my attire but every time I go to this outlet it's always no help no introduction do you need help never if I touch anything they hurry and touch it behind me it's awful customer service I can't make this up very mad

Great store stuff some friendly took about 15 min so they open a fitting room helped check the prices and helped make an account great sales by the way

Horrible experience! There was no other coat location within the store. The coat was stayed it wasn’t a coat, and not part of the 40% off coats. The manger stated this coat was not supposed to be on the floor, but there were 5 other coats on the rack that were the same.
If you are African American please do not shop here! The lady next to me had the coat and received the 40% off. I’ve never experienced this in their store!! Stay away this is Holister in Grapvine mills mall!

This has got to be the worst retail store I have been to. The store is a mess, no one assists the customers on the sales floor and they purposely place non sale items on display near sales signs to trick customers into buying higher non sale items. At first we thought maybe items were just left laying around but management said the displays were set up that way on purpose (which I am shocked they would admit to such unethical marketing behavior). Even worse, those items are on sale with no signs to show it but not the lower priced sales they advertise. I.E. sweatpants and sweatshirts and sale but not the ones they have displayed in front of the signs.
Management is really rude although the cashiers were polite.
We will not return and will advise all those we know not to as well…..

This hollister has change alot, your clothes with not style and boring colors, same as Abercrombie and fitch diferent stores but same styles.

They force you to provide an email address in order to receive a receipt, yet they do not allow the customer to opt in or out of marketing communications at the time of providing it.

I recently visited Hollister at Grapevine Mills Mall and found it quite challenging to locate. The store is somewhat hidden and not easily visible, requiring me to take three rounds of the entire mall to find its exact location. It's situated at the back side of Starbucks, which isn't immediately obvious. Once I found it, the store had a good selection of items, but the difficulty in finding it was a bit frustrating. Better signage or visibility would greatly improve the shopping experience.

The worst experience ever. They close their dressing rooms at 8:00pm and the store closes at 9. My daughter and I had a ton of things we were excited to try on. The employees were so rude. Stated it was store policy. I asked why they stay open if you cant try on clothes. Totally dismissive, rude.

This is honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a clothing store in my life. As soon as we walk in the employees are just looking at us like we aren’t supposed to be there. Like what. It was an hour before they closed and all we got was disgusting looks, when in actuality their store looked disgusting, none of there shirts were folded, there were pants just laying on the ground everywhere, and their counter was just filled with random stuff. They said that the dressing rooms were closed even though I saw other people going in and out of them. When they told me it was closed, they said it very rudely and like in a way to just leave the store already. I then asked very nicely if there was any way they could make an exception because mind you I only had 4 things and the guy just responded with “no”. Not a “no I’m sorry but if you want I can put them on hold and you can come back in the morning”. Not a “No, I’m sorry but it’s policy's”. Heck a “no, I’m sorry” would have been fine in itself. What stinks is that I put everything back myself, like I should have just dropped it on their back counter with all the other stuff just laying around. Like I would have done if the stuff didn’t fit either. Anyways all that to say… I will never be shopping at this Hollister store ever again, and I would recommend you not go either!
