The worst experience ever. They close their dressing rooms at 8:00pm and the store closes at 9. My daughter and I had a ton of things we were excited to try on. The employees were so rude. Stated it was store policy. I asked why they stay open if you cant try on clothes. Totally dismissive, rude.

This is honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a clothing store in my life. As soon as we walk in the employees are just looking at us like we aren’t supposed to be there. Like what. It was an hour before they closed and all we got was disgusting looks, when in actuality their store looked disgusting, none of there shirts were folded, there were pants just laying on the ground everywhere, and their counter was just filled with random stuff. They said that the dressing rooms were closed even though I saw other people going in and out of them. When they told me it was closed, they said it very rudely and like in a way to just leave the store already. I then asked very nicely if there was any way they could make an exception because mind you I only had 4 things and the guy just responded with “no”. Not a “no I’m sorry but if you want I can put them on hold and you can come back in the morning”. Not a “No, I’m sorry but it’s policy's”. Heck a “no, I’m sorry” would have been fine in itself. What stinks is that I put everything back myself, like I should have just dropped it on their back counter with all the other stuff just laying around. Like I would have done if the stuff didn’t fit either. Anyways all that to say… I will never be shopping at this Hollister store ever again, and I would recommend you not go either!

I have been to this store and purchased clothes couple of times.After wash clothes are Turing white (originally black), and it was normal wash.So I personally don't recommend buying clothes from Hollister.

First and last time not only did we get treated like I didn’t have money. The cashier had an attitude towards us for nothing. The prices aren’t right when you say something they want to act like the signs not seating in front of them. Sad just sad!!! Poor customer service.

I like shopping at this Hollister location as the wide range of products from jeans to shirts are great. This store has reasonable prices for an outlet but cheaper prices can be found online at clearance during the weekends at their website. Overall, this store is a great place to shop at if you like the brand but is understaffed at times.

The cashier's were nice and the store was kept clean. The organization could be better, but it's understandable because it's a outlet. Also have to love the low prices!

For the first time I decided to return my purchases to this store. It was definitely a mistake and worst experience ever. The first cashier was friendly, he did a great job processing my returns, unfortunately one item was giving him issue to process the return, so his manager took over, which she tired her best to figuring out what was causing this problem but even she couldn't figure it out. So she call her head manager(Jerry). Who according to her knows how to deal with this. Well from there thing's went south. He came to the front desk already with an attitude. Like he's being disturbed from his peace. He was rude, didn't even bother to listen to what I have to say or even did anything. He just stood there, didn't scan nor touch the return item or even did any move to figuring out the problem. All he said was he couldn't do anything, since I submitted the return online already but funny the other items was submitted as online return as well and it worked perfectly fine. So I tried to explain my concern and throughs but he wouldn't let me speak and said " I don't know. I didn't process the other items and I don't know what you trying to do but that one item look like it has been already return and been refunded) first I was surprised,mad, disappointed and frustrated of his behavior and respond. So I replied (are you telling me I'm a lier and want to get refunded twice ?) so this went on for about 15 mins and he would still behave the same way. He kept telling me to cancel that return but there won't be no guarantee if that would even work. WELL THANKS THAT WAS VERY INSURED. He was very rejective, didn't even try to call costume service to find out what is causing this issue, instead he told me to call coustom service to figuring out. Which I did right in there at the store. Thanks costume service the lady on the phone did her best to help me and even she said the return process online wouldn't affect the return in store. So I went back to Jerry and told him the response of customer service,he immediately said "whoever you talked to is wrong and they don't know what they talking about" I immediately pointed out this attitude and behavior,also told him I never as a costume been treated that way and matter. I can't be blamed for him having a bad day. This is not acceptable specially as a head manager to treat costume like this. I don't know if this is the first time but still that's no excuse. I'm sorry but Jerry need to be move out from this position.

store is dark and the managers are rude to the associates, but my cashier was very nice. i think his name was eddy. very kind and helpful

This is our favorite store now to shop close out for me and my boyfriend.The interior design is kind of dark but it feels comfortableThey have a lot of nice feeling cotton and soft clothes with modern designs. Try their perfumes they smell quite nice too it's my it's my favorite boyfriend's perfume now

Worst experience ever. They had system down and was not accepting payment through card. Also, there is nothing to update to your rewards with whatever purchase. This Indian origin cashier didn’t inform me and gone through my purchase. I had to pay $9.74. I tendered $10 bill. I asked her about rewards point and she said it’s not happening now. So I said I don’t want to purchase. She said I already processed. I asked her to keep the change and returned me the $10 bill. That stupid girl should have done it easily. But she refused to do that and tendered me back Nine (9) 1$ bill and 74 cents change. How insane that lady is ! And her manager too that said to her that she can’t give me back 10$ bill. Looks like they were stoned!

The jeans went from 25 to 59.99? A 35 to 40 dollar increase. Hollister is not name brand really. Also how can you go up that much..no wonder the store was empty.
