This nail salon has three different times listed as opening times, which is very confusing, 9:00 am, 9:30 am, and 10:00 am. I showed up at 9:30 am and was told that they do not open until 10:00 am, but they saw me anyways. I came in for a mani/pedi and eyebrow waxing. My pedicure was horrendous. She dug so deep into my cuticle it began to bleed and it is so sore today (the next day). She did NOTHING, I paid for the deluxe and I did not get a massage, she barely soften my heels, to be honest I barely got a pedicure. and now to the manicure, the lady was terrible. She cut my nails all uneven and too short, she barely trimmed the cuticles, and ABSOLUTELY no massage or pamper. They rushed through everything. This place was the worst nail spa that I have ever gone to. Thank goodness, I will NEVER be back. And when I was leaving, I saw an elderly customer coming in and thought to myself, poor person, they should re-think coming here.

Beautiful job. Excellent. Well done. I received and continue to receive so many compliments on my nails. FINALLY, I can say I find my spot. I'm definitely going here again.

The most kind, quick, and efficient service. They have been around for longer than I can truly remember and hold their reputation for being extraordinary.
Cleanliness: They keep their items clean and sanitary at all times, but is like a small precious hole in the wall!!!

Never going back here. Pedicure and dip nails were very rushed and the chrome was chipping after not even 48 hrs. The dip powder was piled on my nails causing them to break from the pressure after 3 DAYS! Leaving my nail completely damaged. Nail polish on my toes is almost completely gone, and if you have ever gotten a good pedicure you know the polish should last up to months. Nails were uneven and when asked to fix they were rude and tried to deny uneven lengths. Do not go here!
