GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE by two young girls went in today ask if they had a whole set of calico critters unfortunately they didn't but were very supportive on my calico hunt and gave them two as appreciation that's how much i loved them with there support

I had such a great experience purchasing from them today. Tre, Natalie, and Liz all helped me out tremendously with my purchase. They provided amazing customer service by helping me use my rewards when there was a technical issue with my account to ensuring my satisfaction with the product I purchased. I really appreciated all of the amazing help all of them provided me and I would defintely shop there again, 10/10 easily.

Ordered shirts online to be picked up at this location. They did not have the third one I ordered and they went above and beyond to make sure I was made whole. Sadly I don't remember their names, but there was a male and female manager working who helped me out. My visit was on 6/16. Hot Topic always has great customer service!

I went to this location yesterday and Vanessa and Alyssa were super knowledgeable about the items in store as well as availability for the things I was looking for. They really let me know about the kids that the donations go for as well. I will be back for sure 10/10

Not the same alternative store it used to be. Online selection is way better. Either almost everything in the store is either goth or looks like for children. Layout is also bad - it’s hard to move around and whenever I am able to stand looking at stuff I got other customers constantly say excuse me when I couldn’t really even move forward, and I’m not a big person. Also their clearance today was what I thought was buy one get one free but when I went to buy 2 things from it I was going to be charged for both of them. The employee was apparently kind of clueless since I had to speak up about it and when I saw the sign again I then noticed it said buy one get THREE free. She told me to just grab something else (I was supposed to actually get 2 more things there for it to work) and even though it took me 10 seconds the employee rang someone else up before she was finished with me! She should have made it so that I didn’t have to grab 2 more items from the clearance or not let someone cut in line.

Store always closes to stock shelves during business hours. Very frustrating when you drive from a far distance to return something just for them to be shut down. They claim it's their computers but really they are folding shirts and stocking shelves.
