Went here with my wife and had us waiting for 45minutes, 30 minutes after her scheduled appointment time without saying anything to us. Very unprofessional! Worst location I’ve ever been to!

Had to correct the preparer several times. Was told wrong information about my return. Had my return rejected for the 2nd year in a row, resulting in further delay with my return.

I did my taxes here 227 days ago. I also paid for identity protection. Since filling 227 days ago I have had my identity stolen. 45k charged to credit cards. Had to close bank accounts. I received a letter from its saying my identity has been compromised. American express says I had my identity stolen. H&R block says I'm all good!!!!! Also they will not help me figure out where my refund is. DO NOT GO TO GRAPEVINE LOCATION. TERRIBLE . I've been doing my taxes there for 10 years. Never again.

HR Block has a very professional staff with extensive knowledge in taxes and credit for solar panels, they clarified all my doubts. This is my 4th year filing taxes with Ms. Martinez from HR Block. I definitely recommend them.

We made an appointment, uploaded our documents in advance, and showed up for our appointment. No one greeted us in the lobby. I tried calling, but no one came out to pick up the phone. We waited 15 minutes after our scheduled appointment time before leaving. What a waste of time.
Also, the online system for uploading documents is not sophisticated. TurboTax is a better option.

They are the best at what they do. Still a bit pricey but death & taxes, what's new! Got my taxes done before 4-18-22. H & R Block is an industry leader in it's own right. They may cost more, but will find every deduction possible, some you might miss by doing them yourself. Still cheaper than a CPA! I would recommend this buisiness.

Tax season is stressful enough and going to this place makes it worse, it was extremely hard to talk to the tax expert that was helping me, the other people that work in that office are beyond loud and inconsiderate,I’m not coming back

It is Oct. 2 and my taxes are still outstanding. They were supposedly complete in August, but no one will return my emails and calls go to some central answering center.
