I use your ATM, one day after using I went thru the drive thru an asked for a hundred bill for some 20s, the teller told me they would not exchange unless I had an account there. He was some what rude an did not want to be bothered. This type attitude is merely a filter down from the top. I said thanks there banks on every corner no need to bother at this bank.

They do not even deserve one star. We have been customers since 2012, now ****** Interbank is a horrible bank and has now lost customers who have been with them for years. Trying to force people to open something they don't want or need and refusing to accept a check from another bank/financial institution shows me just how little you care for customers. Stay away from this bank and choose ANY other bank for the safety of your money and sanity. They have had numerous attempts on leaking card numbers, not sending out new cards but canceling your current card, and magically unknown pending transactions your card nor any other has anything to do with. STAY AWAY FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND!

We love this bank. It has the feel of a 'small town' bank. We have always been greeted and treated with total respect and friendliness. I recommend this bank to everyone. The only drawback we have is that we do not have a debit card with HBank so there is a convenience factor, but we don't mind the drive because they are a really good bank to do business with. Thank you, everyone at HBankTexas.
