Staff was so helpful. I called earlier in the day asking for orange candy's in bulk. The lady answered was so helpful and when I got there she even helped me find other things to go with my Longhorns themed candy table!

Went in to the store with two of my other friends. We were looking at the jawbreakers and my friend accidentally picked up an unwrapped one. One cashier yelled at him to put it back and when he did, she scolded him rudely for contaminating the whole batch (which would be reasonable if she had been nicer). I picked up two of the wrapped colossal ones (with the intent to buy) and the other cashier yelled at me to bring them to her. I didn't understand why but obeyed and she very rudely asked me if I was going to buy it. I said I intended to and found out the price was unreasonable. We left the store because of the rude customer service and price. Would not recommend.

While the cashier was kind to me, they were not to another customer. I overheard a muslim customer ask which candies didn't contain animal gelatin. The cashier reiterated rudely that all of the candies had animal gelatin. This is false. As someone who doesn’t eat animal gelatin due to personal preference, I could point out which ones were acceptable. The behavior was ugly and odd.

It’s Sugar at Grapevine Mills Mall is a super fantastic store! 😍 The upbeat music 🎶 creates such a fun vibe as you walk in, and the staff goes above and beyond with their friendly service 😄. The candy selection is incredible – from classic favorites to unique novelty items 🍬🍫. I love the vibrant atmosphere with all the colorful displays and eye-catching treats. Definitely a must-visit for any candy lover! 🍭✨

ItsSugar never fails to satisfy us. I've been to about four ItsSugar stores and they all have a huge variety of wacky, fun and creative gifts, toys and (of course) sugar that you can't find anywhere else. They have a huge assortment of gummies, sours, chocolates and everything in between. You can even mix and match candies from their mix and match containers.

Nice store. Lots of different items. I just wish they had a more extensive sugar free section. Going in the store with family and being able to purchase for the entire family would be great.

Had the most awesome experience there. Wasn't able to spend much but we got some small stocking stuffers in poprocks and sweet tarts. But we were treated like we were spending $100. Great atmosphere, music, and vibes. 10/10

bought a baggie from the assortment table they hadi chose one of each kind of candy to tastemost of them were stale and hard to chewalot of them had no unique flavoror were just sour and no flavortasted like straight up chemicalsgave me a headache and felt sick afterwardsnot worth the moneygas station candy tastes better than this to be honestthe employees were chillid have to hate my own child to bring them here?
