I called ahead to see if I could trade in a damaged bag and the operator was incredibly kind and helpful to get the information I needed. When I went in person today, a young lady at the door and the manager were quick to assist me and were able to trade out my bag for a brand new one. My overall experience was wonderful and I strongly recommend anyone to come here, and Kate Spade is very blessed to have this team of people at this location.

I visited the store on 13 November, and the operator Cynthia added a donation charge to my credit card separately from my actual purchase. When I asked for a refund, she refused and directed me to customer service. Customer service then asked me contact back to the store.
my money was taken without my consent and passed off as a donation to your non profit organization, which is unacceptable.

Mandy at the counter really bad behavior
Customer before me came for exchange she was like why do you buy of you don't like it
Customer got it as a gift it was big for her
My turn I had a sore throat and was talking slowly she was like I had a mental problem and couldn't understand what was she saying
Happy to take my $300+ for a purse
Behaving like I should be grateful for shopping at the store

Rude staff and manager. Asked for them to price match and they were making faces. The reason why Kate Spade provides offers is for customer to avail, but if you have to make customers feel bad about using their offers, the whats the point of even sending those. T

I had an exceptional shopping experience thanks to Sabra! Despite the store nearing closing time, she provided top-notch service with a smile. Sabraās knowledge about the purse and shoe collections was impressive, and she went above and beyond to assist me with my selections. Her kindness and expertise truly made my purchase special. Iām thrilled with my new purse and shoes and grateful for the fantastic service Sabra provided. Highly recommend!

Very immature manager .. I have asked couple of times before purchase for price match she said yes and after getting the bill . She didn't match it actually.She said final sale like online and didn't match that bill at all. Ringed up to actual price.Never purchase from this store without online checks. Go back to online for cheaper price than instore.While I was there asking ....this lady is dancing .. to the beat and not even caring on customer ask.
