Shopping at La-Z-Boy Furniture was simply enjoyable and very relaxed. The sales associates were very pleasant and courteous in how they presented product information and in their willingness to answer our many questions. The many styles and colors of recliner chairs and their exceptional quality was reassuring to us that a buying decision would be positively validated through many years of care free usage and resounding good looks. These world-famous branded reclining chairs are still proudly manufactured in the United States, incorporating high-quality components of leathers, fabrics foam, and metal mechanisms that are fully warranted against fault and failure. For me, this is superior quality. The sales floor is easy to navigate without unnecessary merchandise clutter with comfortable lighting to enhance the colors and design of the many types of furniture that are displayed. I should note that Shelly was our sales hostess, and her product knowledge has developed for over twenty years as a La-Z-Boy company sales professional. And, if you get a chance to visit the store, say hi to the manager, for he is a cool dude also.

Paid over $2,600 for a recliner less than 6 months ago and has barely been used. Wood under the chair has become dislodged/broke and not due to misuse. Called La-Z-Boy and they charge $125 to come out and repair under warranty. I called the Grapevine store and spoke with the manager. He stated that I should have purchased the extended warranty. I always thought La-Z-Boy made quality furniture. That doesn't appear to be the case anymore. Look at all the other reviews regarding poor workmanship and charging customers to come and fix their poor quality. Buyer beware!

Some very alarming bad reviews. I will be hesitant to shop in this store.

Went and got a chair for my elderly grandma and an elderly lady/worker helped us. My grandma absolutely loved her, she knew exactly what my grandma needed and didn't run to the most expensive chair. Thank you to that woman!

Avoid the elderly salesman. We ordered a custom sectional. The salesman kept changing the details of the order. We couldn't keep up. We didn't notice that, at some point, he changed the model we picked out in the first place. We were also told we would be charged half now and half later. But when he came back with the receipt, we had been charged 100% of the cost up front.Eight weeks go by and a sectional arrives. It's not the one we selected. The model that arrived was not safe for kids or dogs because there are large gaps in the reclining portion. We contacted the store immediately but, because all of the order documents also had the wrong model, they didn't offer to take care of their mistake. I had to convince the sales manager to replace the sectional with the model that we originally selected. I was charged an additional $700 for restocking and had to wait an additional eight weeks for the new sectional to arrive. When I called to check on my order, the elderly salesman answered and asked that I pay for the second half of the cost of the sectional even though I had already paid the full cost up front. I asked to talk to the sales manager who gave me a delivery date and did not ask for additional money. The sectional did arrive. It was the correct model this time. But the overall experience makes me want to warn other customers. I do not think it is right that I had to pay an additional $700 because the salesman ordered the wrong model. If anything, I should have gotten a discount for the inconvenience. I think my order was mixed up with someone else's at some point in the ordering process, which would explain the different model and the change in the payment structure.I would avoid this store altogether. But, if you go there, do not work with the elderly salesman. Triple check everything. Make sure that nothing in your order was changed without your knowledge. Take pictures of your selections.Edit: I see that the owner responded. My order was incorrect. I was charged an additional $700 and had to wait several additional weeks to receive my sectional. But, in his mind, "the problem was resolved." He's satisfied with the service that his store provided. That's the same level of service he will be satisfied to provide to future customers. So, just keep that in mind before shopping here.

We had an outstanding shopping experience, with salesman Steven Csolak assisting us. Very knowledgeable, patient. We bought two chairs back in late September. The delivery service guys were great also. Very much recommend.

I’m sure the quality of your product is great, but your attention and customer service to prospective clients lacks big time. I walked around the store for almost 40 mins and no one offered any help. You have a lot to learn from your neighbors other side of the highway.

Great product. Horrible customer service bought the chair before a major elbow surgery knowing I would need the chair with a remote and would need it after surgery. Hand surgery and was excited that I received the call for my deliver the next day. Two hours later received a call saying it would be two more weeks before delivery. This was not good then after speaking to the store this was changed to a week. Okay it's delivery day the crew came in and set up the chair and left. I go to sit in it and the back falls off. As I am laying on the floor just a week after surgery. I run out side and they are gone a call the store 45 min later the crew shows back up and fix's it. No apology from the store at all. I have had layzboys for over thirty years probably my last.

I have personally been a La-Z~Boy customer for over 35 years and before that my parents were avid customers. Recently we have had a BIG problem with them. We have two leather recliners (leather on parts that touch body and vinyl on rear of chair). The leather is in great shape (6years old) the vinyl has completely deteriorated. We contacted the store and all they could say is that the vinyl is only under warranty for one year. This is crazy!!!! I told them of all the furniture that we have purchased from them over the years and they just said sorry they couldn't do anything about it. I'm going to at least turn a report in to the Better Business Bureau to make them aware of their bad business practices. I suggest all that have problems with this company to do the same

I’m pretty annoyed. Our recliner is barely a year old and there are nails or staples coming through the arm rests on both sides making the chair very uncomfortable to sit in. I called customer service and they said they couldn’t help us and if we wanted someone to come out it was $125. If i am paying over $1,000 for a recliner I expect it to be well made and last. Won’t be buying lazy boy again.. that’s for sure.

When a company acknowledges they've sent you defective furniture, but refuse to refund your money, that's not a company I would do business with again.

La z Boy Grapevine refused to honor the lower price I showed from my cell phone from their AUTHORIZED Website. I showed them the price and they would not honor and accused me of rigging prices.Price was $529.00 and wanted to purchase 2 , but they wanted me to pay $689Was insulted by the sales person ,won't ever buy them , so much for price match guarantee.

Had a problem with a wireless remote on a love seat. Called the store since I had no instruction booklet. The lady who answered was very positive and helpful. when the first suggestions did not solve the problem, she said I will go and look for additional information and call you back. She did and she solved my problem. It was her first day working there. The sale was not hers but she took ownership

At the end of March 2022 we placed an order for 2 recliners and a sofa. We were told it would be delivered in June or July. It was finally delivered on December 22nd - that's nine months after it was ordered. During that time we received no information concerning delays or what was being done to expedite the schedule. We were finally told our furniture was in but could not be delivered for two weeks. Totally unacceptable. On a positive note, we love our recliners. The sofa looks good but is much firmer than the one in the store that we tried. Hopefully, it will get softer over time. The salespersons and store manager were friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery workers were polite and efficient. It seems like corporate policies and lack of information are preventing the store personnel from meeting customer expectations.
