This is a terrible place. The person that did my bloodwork jabbed the needle up my arm. She was having a bad day apparently and clearly did not want to be there. Do not go here. Do yourself a favor.

I'm sure ppl read these reviews. I'm sure staff does too. Looks like they just don't care anymore, and mgmt is letting it slip. This place is very unprofessional. The ladies had a 5 person loud gossip session on my visit during which I was able to hear loud animal sound mimicking. My blood draw was problematic and there was blood everywhere. I would not recommend this place...drive further...chose Quest.

Unfortunately 0 stars isn’t an option. Jennifer did my work today and she’s a REAL peach- not. She was great at her job, but she was a real jerk. Her attitude and demeanor was so unpleasant. Having a 1 on 1 with her about guest service and bed side manner would really benefit her and the company. Jennifer, do better.

While the location itself was convenient and there was a short wait time, the staff was completely unprofessional and very rude to all of the patients coming in. The lady at the front desk was rude and the lady who drew my blood was even ruder! Will never return back to this location.

This was my first experience with LabCorp, and I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. The entire process was completed within 5 minutes of check-in. Dana, in particular, was exceptional—her skill and professionalism made the experience painless. Thank you, Dana!

I had specific insurance billing questions and the supervisor at this Grapevine location took time to help me…and before I had the bloodwork which prevented further issues. I had the same questions at the nearby Quest, but they do not have staff that could help which has resulted in very expensive and time consuming issues.

I am so glad this location is near me. Karen is so nice and made drawing blood as painless as possible. I had a bad experience at another location where they had to stick me several times and it gave me a lot of anxiety. She made me feel so much better! Thanks again Karen (:

Whoever answers the office line is very rude and hung up on me. Maybe just a bad day, hope it gets better.

The front desk receptionist is AWFUL!
She has NO business working with the public.
She has no people skills. She is rude and extremely condescending.

Had to bring my child for lab work. Everytime the staff is kind, professional and helpful. They do their best to make my daughter feel comfortable.

As an adult, who does not like being stuck with needles, my phlebotomist did an excellent job barely felt it and the entire staff was so kind and very fast and efficient. I forgot that my appointment was a day after I went, but they were still able to accommodate me very quickly. I believe I was in there no longer checking out 8 to 10 minutes.

Finally! A place for people to go who have bad veins. The staff has years of experience and they are very kind. It makes you realize just how bad some of the other people who blew through my veins and left horrible bruises were. They even got blood from my arm when others had to go for the hand which is slow and hurts. So glad to find a good place with good people.

I hate having my blood drawn with my bad veins but these people have the skills and experience that so many other labs don’t have. I can’t tell you how happy I am to find them. The tech who drew my blood has over 20 years of experience. She was quick, painless, and had no trouble finding one of my almost impossible to find veins in my arm instead of the painful hand draw. I won’t be going anywhere else!
