Lobby is closed permanently for some inexplicable reason? I've lost faith in this bank. Lady couldn't give me any sort of reason.

Bank is exceptional. Joined when they merged with Legacy. Tellers are quick and efficient.

This place realllllly ticked me off. Been banking with them coming on 8 years and my account had a zero balance for 60 days due to a job change and they closed my account. They had made no attempts to reach out to me by mail, phone, or through the website. NOTHING. I had a payment scheduled to be deposited on Wednesday (two days after I realized I no longer had an account) and that's great cause now it's going to take some time to be able to receive my money in the form of a check THAT I HAVE NOWHERE TO DEPOSIT IT AT NOW!

Although Kathleen called back quickly, her attitude was quite unethical. A staff member told her to call me to handle specific questions on one product, which she refused to answer. I specifically told her I was comparing apples-to-apples, needing two simple questions answered. She said, "If you aren't going to allow me to do my job and sell you on all our products first, than you can just go elsewhere." WOW, pushing a customer away because she doesn't want to answer my two questions FIRST. I suggested she answer my questions first (the reason for the call), then ask if she can offer alternative suggestions. Improper, unprincipled actions and comments toward a potential client. What business will last long on that attitude?!? NOT WORTH THE HASSLE OR TIME. Inconsiderate of customers!
