Had to stop by this branch location, which is not my usual one, after some business at DFW Airport. Needed to get some wire transfers done before cut off time. Most other locations I have to wait for a banker but here the teller was also able to help me. Super efficient and friendly! Even set things up to be quicker for me at other branches in the future.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Secoyah Shaw and her team at Prosperity Bank in Grapevine, TX. My father, a recent widower of 65 years, relocated to Colleyville to be closer to family and opened an account at this branch. Secoyah Shaw and her associates went above and beyond to assist him with all his banking needs, including notary services and document processing.
Their patience, professionalism, and genuine care truly made a difficult transition much smoother for my father. We are incredibly thankful for their outstanding support and feel fortunate to have found such dedicated individuals at Prosperity Bank. Secoyah Shaw and her team have not only been exceptional in their roles but have also become cherished friends to us.

The staff is always helpful and management goes out of their way to make things happen. Highly recommend Prosperity if you like still like the small town banking feel.

I'll spare the details that followed from what should have been a common close and open of a new account, one I had held for over 40 years back in the early days of Community Credit Union. Change became necessary from concern when bad actors had my bank account numbers I went to my local Prosperity branch to have the change performed and spawned errors that cost me thousands of dollars credit rating to dive because I had no way to pay my bills for 5 weeks through no fault of my own. Going back to the local branch to regain access to bill pay was a waste of time. The branch manger refused to deal with me and had me work with the same person who made the mistakes in the first place and most unresponsive to resolving.
I do not remember how I got Secoyah on the phone trying to fix the problems myself, but an angel from heaven she became. She and her team at Grapevine location took ownership of errors and mistakes made by others at my local branch and proceeded to correct issues in a timely and effective manner. In one instance PROactively, anticipated a need and called ME to confirm before making it happen. I feared when my beloved local bank became Prosperity Bank that it would no longer have the same culture and at my branch that was the case. The spirit of individual service, pushing against the trappings of big bank policy and systems is not lost at Grapevine. Although my local Branch failed me in multiple aspects and lack of action made it appear they were comfortable with my loss of $4,200 through no fault of my own, all I remember now is if anything besides the mundane should arise I will be contacting those who do it right at Grapevine Park Blvd. They know how to provide, personal service they get it right the first time! So if you find yourself getting snubbed at your local bank seek Secoyah and tell her Don sent you!

Our experience at Prosperity in Grapevine was nothing short of amazing. Dealing with our father’s death left such a mess for our family, but the Prosperity team walked us through every step and made sure we knew what was going on and what we needed to do to ensure our father’s legacy was protected. Secoyah and her team greeted us (with water and starbursts) promptly and made a hard situation easier. Thank you so much for being there for us!

Terribly managed bank that nickel and dimes every transaction. I have been a customer for 15 years and bank has changed for the worse in the last year.

She was not only highly professional but also incredibly friendly and approachable. Mariam patiently answered all my questions and provided clear explanations for the banking procedures I needed to complete.
