Thanks Morgan - you're awesome!!! Sorry for those who have had a difficult time with the transition from Legacy to Prosperity! I truly feel a business is always trying to be better and make improvements. Things have been okay for our family banking here - even when there's something that needs to get corrected, it has gotten done!

Prosperity Bank's employees, especially Mr. Armando Fletes who is a most-responsible lender, and the managers and notary experts of Grapevine (301 S. Park Blvd.) branch, are wonderful professionals. I've interacted with this branch very often, for many years, for my small tutoring business, therefore I warmly recommend these Prosperity Bank experts as they have always helped me and my school promptly, directly at the branch as well as online. Thank you!

They do not card about customers! I have been a long time customer and lost job due to COVID and had issues with canceling subscriptions and PayPal., now I’m negative and it’s all from the fees they insist on charging even though I had overdraft protection!!!! I called them to stop all payments and they continue charging. It’s almost a $1000 of fees. That’s just robbery and no service. If you want a bank who cares, don’t go here!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The online banking platform is a joke. Every time I log in on the app (even if it is within 30 seconds), I have to verify my ID. There is no option to add an interntional number (I live in Spain). Also, way too high of international fees. Bring back Legacy Texas!

Our bank cards have been compromised 5 times in 9 months... this bank is no bueno. Would recommend finding another bank. Update: 2020 and Legacy Texas has been acquired by Prosperity Bank. As if they could not get any worse, they have.. wait times on calls are over 45 minutes IF they ever pick up at all. Their chat option also doesn't work. They locked our card out, spoke to the fraud dept 3 times before they told us it was the bank and not them. Had to go in person because nobody answered the phone, was told they fixed it only to have the card declined later that day again. Moving our accounts over to Chase. this is the most incompetent, and outdated bank ever.

I've been banking at this location for about 5 years now; staff and managers have changed, I'm still a client; in the past I was on great friendly terms with many in the staff and the male manager and I gave 5 stars and referred Legacy to my many business clients, too. Yet, today it was the 2nd time I was made to feel uncomfortable there for no justified reason: a while ago I was told (won't not mention by whom, she'll know...) that my asking for print-out statements after I make deposits is "keeping clients waiting." Well -- there are usually NO CLIENTS there. And, if there is any client, he/she can wait as I wait until it's my turn. What I ask for pertains to my account, is important to my banking, and is supported by Legacy policies as per the confirmations I received by phone from Legacy Central office and from other Legacy branches. Anyway, the teller had the professionalism to ignore her unpleasant comment (basically advising him that he should drop helping me and take care of other clients...) -- and he duly continued serving me while the ONLY 1 client in line was fine since I spent no more that 5 minutes in this task. Unfortunately, even minor unwelcoming issues can cause stress which can cause major health problems to innocent clients used to welcoming bank environments .... I'll avoid such stress by seeking to bank elsewhere in future.

Is one star too many. I feel like it is. Everything the other users say about them is correct. Ever since I switched to this location I've had the same problems over and over. I put an overdraft block on and they take it off. twice in the first quarter of this year alone they allowed my account to be double billed just so they can charge me a fee. On the last time I called to get a resolution they reported my card as stolen or lost. Even though the banker said specifically they aren't suppose to. This isn't the first time my card has been canceled by the company. Several times in the course of a single year they issue multiple cards. sometimes within the same month as I am issued them. This has also caused payment issues for me. Do yourself a favor stay far far away from these incompetent and corrupt bankers.

I've banked with legacy for over 4 years, 2 years of that at this location. I've always had a great experience with the tellers. They remember me by name and always have a smile. I go right in the morning every Monday to deposit my check. Any time there is a compromise on accounts they quickly issue out a new card and inform you via email of the issue. I will bank with legacy and this location for years to come.

One staff is on personal call and incoming calls ringing and unanswered while walk-in traffic unacknowledged. My business will go elsewhere.
