The cashier in the front was really rude .I asked about the size of hoodie and all 3 of the employees was looking at each other and laughing.I didn’t felt comfortable at all.

Carlos surprised me with his service with positive attitude. He was very attentive and helpful. 10/10 thanks you. I was surprised that he spoke the 2 languages that I felt comfortable with.

I went there last week, styles and colors were so few , employees weren't helpful at all and just wanted to stand away talking and laughing together, and when asked for help they just act completely rude

Actually I was totally disappointed when I went there last week, prices were so high and employees were so rude and not helpful at all literally pick a fight with me as they didn't understand the style I was looking for and just wanted to push me outside saying we can order it online , totally different a year ago they were so friendly, helpful and made me but 2 pairs of jeans
I won't go there ever again especially that prices not worth it anymore

CODY WAS FANTASTIC. He truly went above and beyond for me and made my experience a million times better. He was very thoughtful and caring while we interacted and he definitely needs to be paid more.

Sadly, Levi’s Outlet doesn’t carry 2X sizes for women 😞, and when we asked, the staff mentioned they never carry 2X. 😔 My wife couldn’t find anything to buy, which was a huge disappointment 💔. The store did have a super cute jean dress 👗 on display in the window that caught our eye, but that was about the only positive part of the visit. 😅✨
It’s frustrating when stores don’t offer a wider range of sizes, especially when they could be more inclusive 🙄. Hopefully, they’ll reconsider and make more options available in the future! 🤞✨

As a mother of two teenage boys it can be challenging to shop for them. They know exactly what style and brand they want. Along with their thought process of, “Mom you don’t know about style.”
Yet, today was different because of your employee Cody. He was beyond helpful and knowledgeable of the questions we had. Additionally, he suggested some styles, educated us on the jeans fitting. What made me feel great was my bundle of joys were listening to all the information. Which, helped them make their selection along with leaving the store HAPPY. Which, in return made the rest of trip at the mall an enjoyable one. Also, the ride home was quite pleasant and I was a “cool mother”. Thank you Cody for all your hospitality and making my day an unforgettable one. I will definitely be back!!!!!

Another Levi's store visit this week, another fabulous experience. Visited the store today while searching for a tan jacket I saw at another store. Fantastic customer service and even though I couldn't find the item I wanted, i was happy enough to continue shopping and found a similar one that looked great. Really nice looking store and inviting customer service that never made me feel rushed or pushed into something.

The store is nice and has a large range of items. I could not find larger sizes and did not purchase anything. I interacted with 2 of the employees, and they both were helpful. After speaking with 1 in more detail about sizing, he informed me that starting in January, they would start carrying larger sizes. Although I did not purchase anything, I look forward to shopping here in the upcoming new year.
Excellent customer service experience. The store was neat and tidy.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Levi’s store at Allen Outlets. I purchased a pair of Levi jeans for $54 and, when I went back to exchange them for a different size, I was met with unnecessary hassle and frustration. They didn’t have my size in the color I originally bought, so I picked another pair of blue jeans priced exactly the same. Shockingly, they only offered me $17 as credit for my original jeans, instead of the full price I paid.
I asked them to check my credit card statement to verify my purchase, but they said they couldn’t do that and insisted I provide the physical receipt, or else pay the difference. When I asked for help, a manager came out, claiming to be the district/regional manager. Instead of resolving the issue, he was dismissive and hostile. He even threatened to call the police to have me removed when I stood up for myself. Mall security arrived, and after explaining the situation, they actually sided with me. However, the manager refused to provide his name or any corporate contact information.
As an African American woman, this experience was especially upsetting. I walked in simply wanting an exchange, but I left feeling mistreated and ignored. Levi’s, this is unacceptable—customers deserve respect and fair treatment.

Omg this Levi’s is the best!! Super cute clothes and the workers are soooo helpful! The guy who helped me was really patient and attentive and was running all over the store to help me find the perfect fit and gave the best service, I think his name was Alex. Definitely coming back for my Christmas shopping!!!! ??
