Everything about this store is great but one thing. This experience was at the sister store, fanz. I went to return a hat that I had never worn. I got it as a birthday gift and it was the wrong size. The person I assumed to be the manager was the main person I had this experience with. His name is Austin and he might be the most unhelpful individual I’ve ever encountered in customer service. He refused to take my return and said there was nothing he could do. Austin is definitely hurting the potential of this business.

My man's favorite store in the Mall and also every other man's as well....always crowded for the space but the staff is always helpful and not pushy. Avoid weekends if possible!

Really bad service, all three people that where attending were rude my husband asked to get his hat customized and we told the worker what we wanted and wrote it wrong and i corrected him and he wrote it right, when we came back he had crossed the corrected writing and put the wrong word, he then left and took about 20 minutes and later came back. He had redone the letters but wouldn't tell me why he crossed over the corrected version, he just said it was "bad communication"

Bought a hat a while ago, but the employee left the sensor on. Discovered this at home and brought the hat back to have them remove the sensor. I walked in directly to the counter and the employee was nice, but had to check with the manager. When the manager showed up (the one with long hair), he was completely unprofessional. No greeting, just walked past me staring at me until I told him the situation. He made a face like he was uncomfortable, and I mentioned that the purchase is on our Lids card in their system. Still said nothing, but looked at me super sketchy and removed the tag. I said thanks and nothing back. Come on now, if your staff is more professional than your manager something needs to change.

Your manager who worked around 5pm on 1/12 needs additional training. I brought back a hat that they had left a sensor on, and it's IN the Lids system under our card. The employee was really helpful but had to get this manager, who lacked common sense. He walked around me without saying anything but staring like I stole the hat. I explained the situation and told him it was on the Lids profile, but he didn't look and made a really uneasy face. The entire situation was uncomfortable especially after waiting for a while for this manager. I had my daughter with me, and it's ridiculous to be treated like a thief. This was completely unprofessional, and if your floor employees are more professional and have more tact than your manager then something needs to be fixed.
