These wonderful ladies helped me out with a crazy project this week. My work shirts came in (from work) too small an in an awful fabric. Suzi and Lone Star Stitching were able to embroider our company logo onto a couple of new shirts that I purchased in my size. Now I will be the best dressed at work with shirts that are comfortable, fit well, and have a beautiful embroidered logo on them. I cannot thank these folks enough for turning a potential shirt-disaster into something amazing. Super fast turn around time, really sweet customer service, and nice quality work. Also the price was extremely affordable. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews for small businesses, but I’ve had several disappointing experiences with this shop. On multiple occasions, I was told my projects couldn’t be done. After hearing this repeatedly, I finally decided to try elsewhere—and quickly discovered my projects weren’t impossible at all. Other shops were more than happy to complete them. I highly recommend Lucky Lemon Embroidery in Highland Park—they not only welcomed the work but also delivered it beautifully, with a much friendlier experience overall.

Amazing work and customer service. My son was late picking up an order and they were closed. They came back to the shop to make sure he was able to get the order. Best customer service ever!

What a great place! The staff is so helpful with visualizing color, font etc. as I was not sure what would look best. They were so patient with me with it taking a minute to visualize but in the end felt confident with their recommendations for the embroidery and the final piece is so so perfect. Thank you to all the staff!

Absolutely terrible. Came to get my name and title put on my scrubs and I wasn't happy with how it turned out. I came back and requested it be fixed and was told that "there was no promises it would come out we wanted it". Well, it ended up turning out a lot worse than it was initially. I took the scrubs somewhere else to get another opinion and was told that they should have removed the stitching and redone it, but probably didn't out of laziness. All in all, I do not recommend this place whatsoever.

Beautiful work, care in selecting each process of my monogram. Lovely gifts to purchase in the store. I wouldn’t think of going to a different monogram shop.
