Got dip and tips, tip broke off immediately after I left, called and said I would be there the next day then they told me it would be 30-45 minutes when I arrived for 1 nail repair it was there fault anyway.. bad customer service

I’ve been to so many nail salons over the years and usually leave frustrated. A friend recommended Ann, and I remembered having great experiences here years ago when I lived nearby, so I scheduled an appointment…and I’m beyond happy that I did.
My nails look amazing every time. Ann is incredibly talented, listens to what you want, and delivers beautiful results. She’s always smiling, joking with clients, and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does…it makes the whole experience even better. 💙
Everyone at the salon is welcoming, even when not booked with them specifically. You can tell they’ve built a loyal following, and it’s easy to see why. I drive a pretty long distance for my appointments, but it’s 1000% worth it.

I won't be going back they, just had to replace three nails and do refills on my nails and big toes. Basically did the same style as last time just a different color. Last time my price was $130 and this time it was $185

I just had one of the best nail salon experiences! It was my first time trying this salon out and everyone was so sweet! My nail tech is talented and listened to my requests. She took her time to make sure every nail was perfect. So happy I found this place, can’t wait to come again!

Just went there today, I got acrylics with gel and a gel pedicure I was recommended by a friend. They had great costumer service and great prices!! They did exactly what I wanted, I got red French tips for Christmas and they were so kind!! Wonderful experience, will definitely be coming back!!

I’ve been coming here for more than 4 years and no other salon has beat it! Lovely nail techs! Their work is amazing! Every time I have a specific design I want they always do the exact same if not better, and I’m picky about my nails if that says anything haha

the technicians are amazing and they treat you so well i went for my birthday and i got my own mini cuticle oil. I totally recommend booking an appointment at lovely nail spa if you want great nails and amazing treatment
