Visited on May 18th, and received wonderful service from a lady I did not catch the name of! Both ladies working were super personable and fun. I purchased a new earring and one of the ladies helped me change out my piercing earring and put in my new one!! She absolutely did not have to, but the fact that she did - and helped my mom and I the entire visit was amazing. I wish I caught their names, but they did not disappoint, and I will be back for future purchases!!

I never used to write a review for anything, this is first time I am writing review, Really bad experience with ear piercing for my 11 months baby.. they did wrong placements for both the ears, felt really disappointed, they put dots in one place but piercing happen in one place.

As a piercing fanatic, it’s pretty bad. Good for child jewelry or 1-2 time events. I just spent over $25 on a singular belly button piercing that was advertised to not tarnish. Anyways that piercing is no longer gold two days later. It’s pretty bad.

I visited the store on today which is 8 th of july i asked the lady at the register to keep some items on hold just for half day and said i will be back in 2 hours. She said yes i even said my name and said i will be back she said ok. When i went back after 2 hours she said she put the items back then whats the point of putting on hold. Worst customer service.

Horrible customer service. I made a purchase, and realized when I got a text from my credit card account that they charged me 20% more than the price tag. I went back while I was still in the mall. The clerk informed me, through a translator app because she didn’t speak English, that prices had changed and it was now several dollars higher. I told her that nowhere in the store did it say the price was higher than what was printed on the actual product label. She told me it was too much work to change them. When she wouldn’t honor the price, I told her I wanted to return it. She said I couldn’t do that because the manager wasn’t there and she was new. So now I have to go back to the mall to get the refund I’m entitled to because they’re not training their staff. It’s the principle now. It feels like a “bait and switch” scheme.

Just got my ear pierced today and the customer service was phenomenal and the process was painless-highly recommend they have the cutest things and the store manager Elda is great!

Drove from las colinas to exchange item from frisco store & was informed exchanges cannot be done without manager who left at 5pm yet store is open until 9pm. Inteesting

Checked this place out after a couple of years… and noticed some extremely positive changes!• Their Customer Service is AMAZING!• The store is nice and clean/kept up with• They have all sorts of options to shop throughI had such a pleasant experience here and can easily find myself coming back here because they made me feel so welcomed and were very friendly!11/10… would highly recommend! ?

Visited from out of town and looked to do a little bit of shopping. Came across this store to have a peek and found some really awesome stuff. Decent regular priced items but tons of sale and clearance deals! Salesperson was super friendly and helpful even though the store was a little busy and they were alone. Holiday and post-holiday shopping is the worst but this wasn’t. Thanks!
