I went on 12/28 around 7:00 pm the lady work there is super RUDE, she doesn’t have any course for customer service. Extreme rude.

Horrible experience today. Went in to do some Christmas shopping & the worker that was there was super rude & unprofessional. Was maybe around 12 pm when I went & there was maybe about 6 customers in the store. Grabbed my items and was ready to check out. Nobody was at the register and I waited about 5 minutes before I went up to the only worker I saw and asked if she was the cashier. She rudely answered yes “as if I was a bother to her” and went to the register. Once at the register when she gave me my total I asked about the price of a necklace (it was on an area that was marked with a clearance tag/price) and she let me know that “only red dot stickers are clearance” but she answered rudely. I let her know that I had gotten it from that area & was just trying to confirm and she again rudely answered the same thing. I once again asked for the original price of the necklace (because she never gave it to me) and I let her know that it was okay I would still take it. I did tell her that they should check that area out because there were other items with no sticker & she looked at me annoyed & rolling her eyes. At this point I was upset & let the cashier know she had a bad attitude for no reason & that I was not going to end up purchasing anything. I asked for her name so I could speak to a manager about her bad customer service and she refused to give it to me. There was no reason to be rude when that is your job to check people out on register & answer any questions/concerns the customer might have. Please get staff with better customer service!

Cashier was super rude. Machine wasn’t working so we had to pay cash, and we were told “it was the last time they made that exception. Next time bring spare change”

Cashier was new but nice…piercing experience was horrible for both my daughters. They had to be removed because of the pain caused. They have a nose piercing already which was not the same. Will not be going back.

Waited and waited at the store front at 2pm with a sign saying “we are closed for lunch”. Finally saw a woman coming out and I asked when will she be back, and she coldly and rudely answered I’m taking my lunch and won’t be back till 3pm. That’s the only store in the entire grapevine mills mall that closes for lunch for an hr! Closing for lunch during busy shopping day time hours?? Do they want to have business or not? I went there just for that store and now will not be back for sure. This store won’t stay there for long if they kept that up.

The service is HORRIBLE. These girls who work at the cashier desk are impersonal, rude and cold. I have been here several times with the same service each time. Its unfortunate because the jewelry in the store is very cute. Disappointed for the 3rd time. I won't be returning to give my business here.

I've never shopped at a physical store that requires an email to give a receipt. All I can say is y'all better not be selling my information and that 3 hours later I still haven't received my receipt. Do whatever you need to do to print receipts for your customers!

Pretty store, great and beautiful earring but the Cashier was very rude… my mother bought 3 pairs of earrings does not speak English a lot, and she was rude.

Very bad customer service called an hour ahead to see what time they were closing i was driving from Arlington was told 7 pm arrived 20 minutes early and lady at the front very rudely said they were closed explained to her that i had called earlier to ask about closing times and was told 7 proceeded to say she thought they told me they were going on brake 30 minutes before they closed the store and then closing which does not make sense , said they were closed and i shouldnt of been in there in the first place because the gate was closed when in fact it was still open enough to think they were letting people in explained my situation as far as my drive and how i called earlier and was misinformed about the hrs and she couldnt care less dont recommend !

Morgan did my sister and my piercings and they turned out great! We love them and I would highly recommend going there. Painless and quick and done for a good price as well.

The customer service needs improving, for sure. Two stars for cleanliness I purchased a glass ring it broke on my finger. That ring cut me and I had to go to the hospital to get that glass ring removed,

Came by this place twice during their business hours and it was closed!! All the other stores open, but them! It's 2:48pm now, but out to lunch since 2:18pm. Sad! Why even have the store in mall if you can't be open like everyone else!! I'm over it.
