I love this Macy's backstage, they have very good deals, and I always find the things I need.
One thing I don't like is they don't have enough shopping carts, so if you plan on buying a few items you'll need to wait for someone to finish with their cart.

We were really disappointed with the customer service of the store. Cashier was really rude and behaving customer is nothing. I am a long time permanent customer of Macy’s but I never saw a cashier like him. Overall I will rate this store zero.

Something for everyone here. Clothes don't feel like they are durable but could be. Plus size selections. Homegoods and luggage. Lots to look at. Store was pretty well organized.
