Have been wanting a Yeti MTB for many years. Had a few people recommend this shop. Very friendly and knowledgable service staff, and loved the owner Clarence. Highly recommend if you're in the market for your dream bike. These guys will make it happen, and go the extra mile to ensure that everything is perfect! Liked them so much that we ended up getting two dream bikes one for me and one for my wife:>).

I chose to drive here across town to avoid the Trek owned shops. This is a feel good place when it is busy on Friday and basically the “old-school” bike shop. They take the time to pass technical expertise to their customers and enjoy doing the work the right way. I was given a fantastic deal on parts for an upgrade and this place should be considered if you are not in a rush. They can get busy so be patient and they will treat you like their best customer when they are working with you. I was not expecting a great price on parts by going here but I got the service I expected and leaving with a better understanding of your repair is valuable knowledge worth any higher pricing. The parts ended up being cheaper than some popular online retailers. Thanks for the help.

I'm a new-bee MTB rider and, therefore, a new customer to the MTB industry. There are lots of bike shops in my area with lots of nice and knowledgeable people that have each helped me in many ways. However, I must say, I have never been treated so kindly and respectfully as by the folks at Mad Duck. It's the shop where I plan to purchase my upgrade bicycle one day and to continue to get my bicycle serviced -- even though it's a bit of a drive from Highland Village. Drop by and visit the good folks at Mad Duck if you haven't done so already. I highly recommend them for their expertise and, even more so, for their fair prices and great business practices.

Couldn’t speak more highly of this wonderful small business. The people are kind and have your best interest in mind. They aren’t trying to sway you to pay more etc. they even helped me load my bike into my car after. Exceptional service!

The best bike shop, PERIOD! Exceptional customer service & mechanic work from Nico, Clarence & Gary. They are the only shop that I will allow to work on my bikes. Also, they have a shop dog that is the absolute best & if I could give another star for that I absolutely would.

Exceptional Service at Mad Duck Bike Shop
My visit to Mad Duck was outstanding. Clarence, the owner, was incredibly helpful and didn't pressure me into a purchase.
The service didn't stop there. Nico, did a fantastic job adjusting my bike and even had his friendly dog Bommer to keep me company.
Overall, Mad Duck exceeded my expectations with their knowledgeable staff and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend them for all your biking needs. Five stars!

Dropped in to check out bikes in stock. Friendly, fun and knowledgeable folks in a laid back environment. Grabbed an All City Gorilla Monsoon Apex on a deal too good to pass up. There's one left, better hurry. Enjoyed watching Nico (Nikko?) set it up. Was a pleasure meeting him and Clarence. Def going back for anything bike related.
