This is the worst Best Buy I've ever been to. I was there FOUR times in one week, trying to solve a problem with my laptop. I purchased a new Samsung laptop from Best Buy a little less than two years ago, and had a three year warranty on that laptop. I called on Monday and scheduled an appointment for the following day. The woman on the phone did NOT inform me that I needed to bring a new battery with me if I wanted the Geek Squad to repair my laptop's battery. So, when I showed up on Tuesday, the Geek Squad member sent me off to a Battery Store to go buy one. She said; "I'll keep you appointment open so when you return we can fix it." Well, that battery store sold CAR BATTERIES. I was unable to purchase a new laptop battery. So, I decided instead to get a brand new laptop since I wanted a smaller one anyway with better specs. (I am an architecture student who uses AutoCAD and Revit, which are demanding on a laptop.) On Wednesday morning, the following day, I showed up to 1. Purchase a new laptop, and 2. Schedule an appointment for a data transfer from the old laptop, as well as a 3. Dropoff so they could send the old broken laptop to their Service Hub in Kansas. I told the man, I am out of town the next couple of days but I will be back Friday. I need an appointment for Friday. HE SCHEDULED ONE FOR WEDNESDAY NIGHT?!?!? I was in Oklahoma by that time. So, today, on Black Friday, I show up again to ask them face-to-face why the hell this whole week has been impossible? And whether they can do a data transfer before Sunday? Because I fly out on Sunday morning. I will NOT BE IN TEXAS ANYMORE. This Geek Squad woman looks at me dead in the face and says "yeah we can do a data transfer! It'll be done on Monday :D!" ....what? I just said I fly out on Sunday morning. So now, I have to FLY OUT OF DFW WITH TWO LAPTOPS IN MY DUFFEL BAG and go back to my hometown and do a data transfer at that local Best Buy; BECAUSE I ALREADY PAID THEM TO DO THE TRANSFER!!!! So I'll be getting a "free" service once I'm back home. TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Worst Best Buy I've ever had the displeasure of working with.

I went in for a phone repair and was very disappointed. Why don't you guys give your Geek Squad team the tools they need to be successful???? I came in because Apple sent me in for a repair under my warranty but y'all didn't have the screen in stock or the tools to repair the phone! The lady working Geek Squad was extremely helpful but theirs only so much she can do without support from her store. Maybe working with Apple should be left to the Best Buy stores who have more competent people In charge. Wonder why so many Best Buy's have closed? It's obvious

I ordered a washer and dryer to be delivered to a rental property. I was very clear that they needed to call me 30 minutes before arrival because I don't live there. I get a call when they are in the driveway! Then they LIED and said they had called me but I had no missed calls or voicemail from the delivery service. I need 6 more washers and dryers for other properties and I damn sure won't be buying them from Best Buy!

Best Buy cancelled my Total Tech Support membership Sept 2022 without ever sending a bill or notifying me of the cancellation or even offering an apology. They admit it was a problem experienced by "many" customers but, their attitude is "too bad ... so sad ... can't help you". SO, in spite of this, I renewed my Total Tech membership while trying to buy a new TV and iPhone this week. However, I lost my earlier printer warranty under my formerly terminated Total Tech membership as Best Buy refused to backdate my renewed Total Tech membership to cover it.Even after this problem, I stupidly went ahead bought a $1200 iPhone 14 Pro plus accessories and a $899 Samsung Smart TV with Total Tech installation and scheduled an install date. Two days later the installation date was cancelled and rescheduled by "text" forcing me to also reschedule an AT&T Direct TV equipment upgrade and a security company installation appointment, both of which were dependent upon getting the TV installed first.The Geek Squad arrived today to install the TV. When unwrapped, the TV screen was completely shattered. Turns out, it was a warehouse "damaged return item" which had been re-boxed and re-sold. I tried to get a replacement but, the item is NO LONGER IN STOCK and cannot be ordered. The Geek Squad guys were very embarrassed. Geek Squad is good but, BEST BUY SUCKS. It's impossible to get a Manager on the phone to address these problems and the "Live Chat" function is worthless unless you enjoy wasting endless time talking repeated "word track dialogue" with some rep in Mumbai India. I'm returning the TV, iPhone 14 with accessories and will cancel the Total Tech membership. I will buy all elsewhere. If you shop here, beware of "David" in TV Sales at the BEST BUY GRAPEVINE STORE. He's just a SLICK TALKING CON-ARTIST AND NOT RECOMMENDED. BEST-BUY is the WORST BUY. STAY AWAY !!Like

I am torn. The staff was very kind and helpful as much as they could be given the lack of stocked items. Perhaps bare shelves might not be the answer?

I can totally see why Best Buy is a dying breed in this country. This store has more employees than customers, and their service was dreadful. They literally run from you to not answer questions.Go AmazonAnd now, for the follow up: again, they sold me the wrong product tomorrow, I will go back return the product get my money back and go to target

In early July ordered an entire kitchen set of appliances. Was told they could be installed within a certain period of time and set an appointment. I didn't need to pick up one of my appliances early for the contractors to do some work and found out that that previous appointment had to be changed for some reason. I updated it to a new date but no one in the store can find that appointment time set. After many many phone calls come to find out they may not even get the appliances in the first week of September and are blaming it on a manufacturer shortage even though we were told they would be available well before this time. We are now in a home without any appliances to cook, refrigerate, or clean with. This is very disappointing and I will likely cancel my entire $10,000 plus order. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this store.

A friend of mine (she does not know I'm writing this as she doesn't like doing things like this) has had 2 bad experiences with 2 different Best Buy locations, one in Hurst and the other in Grapevine. She purchased a refrigerator from the 1st location, and it turned out to be the wrong size with incorrect measurement from 2 different people. It was returned and she got credited. The second location in Grapevine delivered her correct size last week and I witnessed the messiest, sloppiest job ever. I didn't say anything as it was not up to me. She was very nice to them in spite of this. Secondly, they did not even level the refrigerator and she didn't notice this until after they left. She has important personal issues going on and I felt led to voice my opinion without being a busy body. She is going to have someone level her frig not from the store. I called this location and it's impossible to get anyone and when you do, they put you on hold. Finally, the person I got hold of and summarized the issue, tells me he's a "corporate employee" and not a "business employee". I hung up on him out of frustration. The business sucks, pardon my language and I would never buy anything major from them.

I must say I like how easy it is to drop in and buy what I need without having to stand in line at the main checkout. Easy peasy! Their techs are super helpful and know their products. Recently, I lost my apple ear pod pros and cannot live without them.Popped in and went straight to the cell phone area, asked for the ear pods and was out of there in 5 minutes.It was great that you can check out in the department making it easy to process the transaction.I have shopped here many times to pick up my gadgets. Also, was so happy that they were on sale and in-stock.Happy customer here!

Go somewhere else. This place went from a 5 to a 1 star sooo fast. I bought a $65 HDMI cable a few days ago (after spending about $4,000 on other stuff) only to realize I had already purchased one - and this purchase always unnecessary. So when I went to return it, I expected a very simple process. Got the exact opposite!HORRIBLE customer service. I didn't have my receipt, which I guess is my bad, but it was a recent purchase on my Apple Card so I could easily show the person what I bought, how much I paid, and when. She would not accept that. So I asked for the manager...he seemed to think the return was not problem but didn't say a word or ask any questions...just started bangin' away on the register keys...then left without a word. After the manager left, the other person says, "since this is a no receipt return I can only give you the lowest price of this time in the last 30 days." What BS -- you could tell exactly what I bought from their store. I could care less about the $7 I was shorted. The whole process was terrible and I would go out of my way to shop somewhere else. Super annoying! Poor process, horrible customer service.

The Magnolia Design Center has been great. We had an issue with a TV, and had a warranty. Travis Stewart helped us through the process. If we have any questions, Travis and the Magnolia team have been there for us. Great work!
