I called Mai back after request a quote out of courtesy. I had already signed up earlier in the day with another company. Mai was very thorough and knowledgeable about the product and clearly explained the difference between the State Farm homeowners policy and why their policy would benefit me in the long run, even though I was paying a little more. I decided to go with State Farm for home and auto.
