They took a rush order and replaced my heels, plus shined them up beautifully.

The quite literally saved me from a broken ankle. I purchased boots over a year ago for my wedding and they've always tipped. Apparently the shank was broken. They fixed it all up, and even if it took awhile I do not mind!! Saved my wedding look and so grateful!
