Waited for too long and manger is not letting customers to enter the store and working staff doesn’t care about customers.

One of the best outlet stores. Each employee in the store was helpful. They were so nice , helping so much, especially lady at thecounter. Even the head was so respectful. Service was top notch. If you guys are seeing this, you rock. Keep going.

Yesterday I went shopping in the store and found a set of clothes that I liked very much , but there was no size that fit me. A gentleman enthusiastically and patiently helped me order the clothes I liked in another store called Grand Prairie mk. Unfortunately, they never replied to me. I called Grapevine mk back and they kept confirming the order for me many times , but Grand Prairie mk still didn't reply. l called Grand Prairie mk first time they let me waited about 20 minutes but nobody answered. I called again and again nobody pick up the phones. Although I didn’t got the clothes, I'm very grateful for your guys help. You are the best team.

The staff at the cash counter here exhibited a rather unwelcoming demeanor. They spoke to customers in an unkind manner, which was quite disheartening. I recently placed an online order for pickup, but when I arrived, their responses were far from satisfactory. I would not recommend this place based on my experience. Because of their behaviour I am not interested to place & pickup an order in this particular location.

Customer service is pathetic. I bought a perfume set which was already open. It is my fault that I did not check. Always be careful as they will never make sure they give you a fresh box. The very next day I went to return as I did not want to gift someone an opened box. They simply denied returning although it was an open box which they packed and gave me. I regret but what to do? I have no proof that I didn't open the box at all!!

We ONlY went to this location because we felt they probably had the best variety to pick from.
Anyway....the employees were extremely rude. I was shopping with a friend and we felt extremely discriminated against. They kept following us around asking if we needed help. Another woman walked in and they didn't bother her the way they bothered us.
The manager? was of no assistance whatsoever. She had the worst stank face also, like as if she didn't want to be there much less bothered to do her job.
I will NEVER go back to this location.

My husband and I visited today to make an exchange. Aimee, the manager, went above and beyond to locate the exact bag that I wanted by calling around to other stores. She was kind and personable. I left a happy customer..

The staff is very rude and won’t let us in at 6:45 on Sunday and said we closed early when I said the store closes at 7 the person on the door said the hour depends on when we want to close and not what’s marked online or on door we decide when store closes. They don’t know how to treat their customers one of the worst Michael Kors I have been to.

Customer service is super bad, especially the manager in this store . She is super rude.
I told them giving me the new one in the box. She exchanged the one I had in my hand and gave a “new” one and put in the bag. After leaving the store, i recognized the bag was wrinkled and came back to exchange. Her reaction was super rude, without saying apologize.
You just “exchanged” the nice one with your wrinkles one for customer, really????
Customers, please be careful with them!!!!
She gave me a new bag and left immediately. This is a big company, but unacceptable customer service from manager. Never shop at this store again.
