Worst customer service experience! We waited in line to get into the store-I totally understand. But while waiting to pay, I asked my daughter to grab another item. When she came back to the line a sales lady yelled at her and said she would have to go to the end of the line. Of course, after already waiting 30 minutes I told her to hand it over to me. Then she proceeded to say my daughter-she couldn’t pay for the items once we reached the register. How petty! We are paying customers wanting to buy additional items! Once we reached the register I asked to verify the prices after the discounts, I wanted to make I was being charged correctly. The sales lady yelled and said we she wasn’t doing price checks at the register! I didn’t want a price check, I wanted to know what she was charging me! She proceeded to ask me to step aside and asked a sales person for a price check. I told her I didn’t want a price check. She wouldn’t read the prices to me. It would have took 30 seconds to read the prices instead of yell at me to step aside! I swiped my card, and paid for the items just to get out of store. It was the worst service ever!!! Horrible way to start the Holidays!!! I have never been treated that way from any retail establishment! They were saying the same things to other customers while I was standing there! I told the manager what happened and she just shrugged her shoulders. She didn’t care. I should of just walked away without buying anything!

The store manager extremely rude ( AIMEE)!!!! Cash Register ( Jennifer long black hair) would not exchange or return my item even though I had my receipt. The store manager said go make line again and stated that was her trying to help us.Please provide a training for both of them!Please keep in mind I waited in line to get in and another line to exchange my item. Its ridiculous to be told to go make another because her employee was unknowledge to see the receipt matched the item.

If you are Hispanic they don't give you a good costumer service I was in the store and no one asking me if I find everything ok...they just serve americans...

Ziro customer service and cheating on pricing, the story was that we went to purchase backpack after we called and been told are on sale for $149, when we got there the price was tagged exactly $149 and we asked to take the backpack as was tagged and asked cashier to keep the backpack while we are looking for other items, we wanted to purchase some other item, when we got back to cashier to checkout, the manager changed the tags and said it’s not correct, but they supposed to sale the item as the priced that they told us but they didn’t and it was such a disappointing customer service, never ever go to this store again. It was so bad experience.

The store manager and her team are exceptionally cusotmer friendly people and making it easy for their clients to make right choices as per their budget.Felt an element of empathy towards their clients. a key ingredient that keeps cusotmer coming back over and over again to MK Outlet at Grapvine. Ms.Zahra you are charismatic and diva of your job. keep up the good work

Sasha was great. The only employee that actually helped. The others just surrounded us and watched. Maybe y’all need to do a training on how to make customers feel comfortable shopping rather than just staring and not offering some help.

I got a purse and wallet and something for myself, the prices are good but I guess I looked poor to them because of how I was dressed lol. They didn't even bother to help me and my sister or ask if we had questions.

Don't waste your money on Michael Kors! I've had to send several items back under warranty and no reply and no resolution.
