These guys are the absolute best. I had a flat on the highway and barely managed to make it to the shop. When the tire was deemed a total loss, they put on the spare and sent me on my way since I had gotten them from NTB.

First off, YES! Car issues are extremely stressful but not at Midas. Pamela was wonderful! Kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She explained what it would take to fix the vehicle and the approximate time frame without the run-around. Such a relief. The car was fixed just like new and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Midas. And especially Pamela! Job well done

My car is beginning to show its age which means I have needed several repairs in the last year. I wouldn't take my car anywhere other than Midas. James and the rest of the staff are always incredibly helpful, fair, and honest. I never feel like I'm being upcharged or taken advantage of. Thank you for taking such good care of my little old car.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My issue was properly diagnosed and the repair cost was very fair. The work was completed when promised. I will definitely have my vehicle service and repairs done here in the future. As I was picking my car up at closing time, another customer came in needing a headlight replaced, which he purchased elsewhere. The tech told him to bring his car around so he could do the replacement. This was at closing time on a Friday night. To me, that showed that they actually care about their customers.

Midas in Grapevine has always taken very good care of me. I had been having a lot of trouble with my battery. They tested it and found it wouldn't charge at all. They had a fresh supply of batteries in stocks, and so they replaced my battery in no time at all. I love the personal touch they give me and the professionalism of all if their work.
